BG- You are so right about ED drugs. “C” is the best for PE in my opinion. You don’t even need to spend $3/pill. I’ve been buying the tadalifil powder for years now. I actually started with getting the liquid but later learned it was much cheaper to get the powder. I found taking low-dose daily is better than taking a full dose (20mg) every other day. I take about 10mg of the powder under the tongue each day. It only costs me pennies a day. Webslave (member here) maintains a list of sources for the shit. Airsealed Marketing is the best deal right now. Get the shit 10 grams at a time (1000 10mg doses), it will last you forever!

Sorry for the off-topic reply. My $.02 for those new to clamping, try the Air Clamp. I use it in conjunction with a cable clamp myself. Air Clamp is in my opinion a very safe way to get into clamping as a newbie. No worries about proper placement with the Air Clamp either. Take it slow and work your way up…

What are these air clamps and where can I find one?

One of our members here, (Monty) sells them and other PE related tools. He has a site, I believe it is called PEWeights.com. Good stuff and reasonable prices. The Air Clamp is great, squeeze a bulb and it constricts around your dick like a mini blood pressure cuff. Quite safe and easy to use, I believe it is the absolute safest way to get into clamping. I’ve worn out two of them so far myself. I am using the AC with cable clamps now too and the AC gets worked pretty hard these days. They are perfect for your first few months of clamping I’d say. Once you are ready to go more hardcore, you need to add something more in my opinion. I can honestly say the AC alone gave me about 1/4” more girth in the first 6 months of using it. As I plateaued I needed to add more pressure though and that led me to use other clamps in addition to the AC. Try doing some searches here at Thunder’s for the Air Clamp. There are some threads discussing it and how well it works. I highly recommend it, I’d definitely look into it. Good luck (and gains)!

It’s just a matter of finding something that you can afford, and something you can live with.

However, it doesn’t take much of an erection to get properly clamped. Even a 5% erection clamped at the base with the proper amount of wrap can be jelqed into a rock hard dick. You just need to be firm enough to get that stretchy wrap on and that clamp cinched to the first click.


I try to be as close to 100% erect as possible during a clamping session and do not start the timer until I am. But I apply the clamp when I am everything from 25% to 75% erect. I keep hard by almost continuous stimulation and I have tried Prelox (a pretty cheap and perfectly working drug that you take on a daily basis) during periods of 3 months to get a better erection. EQ gets a lot better but it has a disadvantage which I will now try to explain. Forgive me as English is not my native language.

While Prelox keeps me erect, I do not get engorged at the same level as with a “natural” erection. It’s like the inner part of the penis gets rock hard while the outer part is not. The girth size change not more than 1-2 mm even after 5-10 minutes of clamping and it seems like I didn’t get the expected result in girth gain during my first 3-4 months of clamping. Once I quit Prelox, the gains came almost immediately.

This can of course be individual and different drugs might have a different effect. I am only sharing my experience with Prelox.

And back to topic ;) . I did now learn the hard way that I attached the clamp wrong and have the past week clamped as #3. It does work for me but it is not until the third session on a day I get the expected engorgement. But I understand why my previous method was wrong and will continue on #3. Thanks for enlightening me :) .

Oh well I always used method 1 and 2 and got some decent base gains on the dorsal CS area. But I want a wider dick and so will switch. I realise what was said about 3 being better than 4. In the picture they look on the same but with 3 providing you don’t close it fully you’re putting less pressure on the CS.

Also is it okay to hold the clamp down in place, sometimes with me it tends to ride up a little and I’m not going to tighten it anymore because I want to keep things light to prevent another injury.

I have been doing placement #3 an entire month but am far from satisfied with the result. I did my monthly measure and lost 2 mm MSEG while gained (have no theory of why) 3 mm in length. I did nothing but clamping, 3 X 10 minutes, 2 days on and 1 off. Tried one day with placement #2 and for me, it is obvious the penis is better engorged and also rock hard during the entire session. Probably because the blood is trapped more efficiently but I understand that the risk of injury is also much higher.

The discolouration is extreme but goes away after a session and at the end, some parts of the glans almost goes grey or to a whiter colour due to the heavy pressure. But I have no problems after unless I do too many sessions and the only problem I get is EQ problems during maximum one day. This might be psychological as well.

I believe we get girth gains using clamping because we expand the unit way beyond the normal maximum size, many time, repeated over a long time period. Eventually, the penis catches up on the bigger expansions and can fill the unit with more blood during a normal erection. I don’t believe clamping will give you a bigger girth in flaccid state, only a larger circumference in erect mode. I will take one month break from clamping (loss of inspiration) and do stretching again. I will catch up later during the spring to continue my girth gain journey.

Let’s assume they have googled around since their recent and sudden raise of sales volume past year. :) First, they laughed their ass off when they realized why men all over the world ordered their Clamps, always the smallest package. Then, it came to them…hm…someone will sue us for a injury unless we attach a warning text on the package. I mean, what other body part can you possible attach the clamp to…your tongue, ear? :D

I wonder if this will get anyone buying them thinking about what part of the body they could clamp this onto. Then will the buyer start Google-ing to find out why would anyone do that? Then will they find this forum? Then will they want to join?

That doesn’t sound promising. Guess I’m going to try and do 5on2off and do an hour of clamping daily so I’m assured of gains! I just started properly clamping again a week ago with pretty much the same routine. I’m glad I read this, I woulda been annoyed after a month with no gains.

That is true and important to understand. My placement is probably more dangerous and more extreme so try with #3 first.
