I read somewhere that lot can be increased if you do upward stretching. I have a low lot, and am in the moderate gain range. i gave the weed away some years back now and am currently giving up the smokes too. So don’t despair, you will get there one day, don’t quit (pun intended).

RockXP: What the hell is so funny? I don’t get it. The main reason I gave up the addictions was not just because they would help me focus on PE, but because it would be beneficial to my overall health - I believe good overall health is definitely related to the health of your penis and PE gains.

MX, LoveMachine, xenolith, wadfile: Thanks for the inspiration. I’m definitely doing upward stretches to help compensate for my low LOT. Memento has also opened my eyes to inverted V-stretches.

I plan on doing my current routine until Christmas. Then, I’m going to take a 10-day decon break until I start my new routine of stretches and dry jelqs. I’m going to do a 2 on/1 off routine for a couple of months and see if I gain. If I don’t, then in March or April I plan to start clamping.

On the other hand I would like to warn all the excited readers for a disappointment that is lurking behind the success stories of people like 7of9. There will be people reading this thread that expect same miracle to happen to them (to go from 5.5 to 8 inches BPEL), but it would never happen. Why? I know, by some of us it will never happen, just because of unwise routine, not listening to the warnings of your own body and so on, but I’m convinced there will be also people that would do it right but nevertheless, never even come close to the half of these wonderful gains. And that is simply because they are not gifted with high LOT. I strongly agree with tblpidar:

All the people like Bib, 7of9 and other great gainers in length started with extremely high LOT (after three years of PE 7of9 has 10:00 LOT; I am sure he started with 11:30 or even 12:00 three years ago). I read a lot of threads of successful length gainers and the pattern is all the way through the same again and again – HIGH LOT.

I don’t know even a single person here on Thunders that started with very low LOT (below 7:00) and gained substantially. I doubt that there is a single PE-er here that started with let say 6:30 LOT and break the one inch mark of gains.

To grow in length based on tunica gains is EXTREMELY difficult. According to the great Bib one can expect to gain about 0.4 inches in a year of consistent, persistent HANGING, not manual stretches and jelqing.

I know this post sounds very pessimistic, but it is based on 3 years of PE experience and 9 month of reading a lot here on Thunders.

Hmmmm…..Yes there are some who might not gain because of the wrong routine, over training, under training, injuries and so on. But it doesn’t have to stay that way, all these things can be rectified. Routines need to be kept as simple as possible, and each individual has to find what works for them. Start with low intensity and amount of time spent on an exercise, than slowly increase this until you find something that works. I know this is easier said than done, but it is the way to go. It may take months of experimenting before you find what works. In PE the line between overworking and underworking is a very fine line.

As for the LOT theory, that is something that I did not even consider in my PE carrier, and the jury is still out regarding it’s importance in PE. I have read posts from other big gainers who feel that LOT doesn’t ultimately regulate gains. The LOT theory is based upon the connection of the ligs to the pubic bone and penis structures. Than how does this explain the big girth gainers like Big Girtha or Aristocane who have had a girth increase of 2”. That is a massive increase. The suspensory ligs would play no part in a girth increase. This is due to tunica deformation and re-formation.

Secondly, if all length gains where due to ligs stretching, than just a single exercise (stretching) would be sufficient for gains. No need for jeqing, pumping. O-bends, Uli’s etc.
Thirdly, I believe in the theory of micro tears and controlled cell damage, much like in bodybuilding. And these micro tears and cell damage take place through out the whole penis when worked right.

Having said this, I do believe that LOT has some significance to PE, but I don’t believe that it is as important as to completely restrict any gains. Rather, it is just one piece of the over all puzzle.

If I can make the gains so can you, there’s nothing special about me. Most of my gains came from jelqing and not stretching. And jelqing works the whole penis and tunica.

So no one should feel disheartened because they have a low LOT. The potential gains are there, you need to find the right routine to release them.

Happy Hunting

Thanks for posting 7of9.

I was hoping that you could answer a question in my previous post: When you do PE, what kind of schedule do you follow? ie., 3 on/1 off, 5 on/2 off, etc.

Sorry for the delay Quick, but bear with me and I’ll put up a post when I get a break from all the running around. :)

Take care

7of9,

You have convinced me that a break might be good. I have been PEing for 2.5 years. My length gains are as follows:

0-6 months: 3/4”
6-12 months: 1/4”
12-18 months: 3/8”
18-24 months: 5/8”
During the first 24 months I made 1 1/4 ” growth in girth
24-30 months: no gains in length or girth

I have made changes routines and methods along the way.

It will be hard not to do any PE for a few months although it is winter and I don’t like doing PE in these cold Pennsylvania winters. How did you get back into PE after your break? I asume you did not just jump back into you old routine. Did you lose any gains during your break?

To reach my goal I still want to gain another 1” in length and 1/2” in girth.

Thanks for your help.

Tritium3 starting stats (6/03): BPEL: 6" EG: 4 1/2" stats as of 12/05: BPEL: 7 1/2" EG: 5 5/8" Goal BPEL: 8 1/2" EG: 6 1/4"

Thats what I’m wondering if there are lost of gains during decon, and what you gain back is really just what you had already before.

Re-Start 3.10.2011 - BPEL: 6.750" EG: 4.5" | Current 7.3.2011 - BPEL: 7.250" EG: 4.625" | Just made my first 1/2"!

It isn’t unusual to lose a little size during a break. Usually anything lost comes back quickly, plus a good new gain.

When returning to PE from a break I usually follow my old routine BUT at a lower intensity and duration for the first four days, Than step back up to a higher intensity and duration. So, for example, my usual routine may involve 45 mins jelqs and 5 mins stretches. After a break I will stretch for 2 mins and jelq for 20-30 mins at a lower intensity (pressure). Than after 4 days of this I will than step back into my old routine and intensity. I personally have not lost any gains during a PE break. But, as hobby mentioned, it is not unusual to lose a little during a break. However, what you lose will usually be regained very quickly after resuming PE, plus new gains will start to become apparent.

First off, awesome post and congrats on your HUGE gains. You have added yourself to my list of motivaters that keep me PEing.

Secondly, with all the PE knowledge and experience you have gained, what sort of PE regime or schedule would you recommend to a newbie, an intermediate PEer and an advanced PEer?

It is clear that you are a big supporter of decon breaks. But when you do PE, what kind of schedule do you follow? ie., 3 on/1 off, 5 on/2 off, etc.

Here I can only speak from my experience in what has worked for me.

Newbies.
Follow the newbie routine posted here at Thunders. This will help you familiarise yourselves with the manual exercises that are the backbone of PE. Namely stretches and Jelqing.

Intermediate.
I am a firm believer of keeping it simple (Memento has a thread about his gains from simple stretching that’s a good read). Therefore at this stage I still recommend that you stick to mainly jelqing and stretching. But you can now increase the amount of time and the intensity spent on each exercise. Thus stretch in each direction for 2-3 mins. And jelq for 30-45 mins. Also at this stage you can start to introduce V,A, and Jai stretches into your routine. But keep a close watch as to how your penis reacts to the new routine, if after a month or so you see no difference. You may need to step down the intensity and duration a bit. But for me, just increasing the jelqing time from 30 mins to 45 mins and increasing the intensity of the jelq was sufficient.

Advanced
Follow the Intermediate routine, but know you can introduce some of the more extreme exercises, namely Uli’s, horse440’s, O-bends etc(most of these are aimed at girth, but I have no doubt that they also aid in length). However, I recommend that these exercises should not be made part of your everyday routine, but should be brought in from time to time to shock the penis into growth. Therefore I would only bring them in for 5-7 consecutive days in a month, and no more.

Once you reach you length goals, than start working on girth. However, you will notice girth gains with jelqing anyway.

As for schedule, I recommend 1 on 2 off. (I’m talking months). From my experience, I made most of the gains within the first month after returning to PE, then they would almost completely stall. Thus a decon break was needed. I still feel that a break of 3 months works best. But I know this needs a lot of discipline, so two months is the least I recommend for someone doing an intermediate or advanced routine.

I hope this helps

Take Care

Just checked my LOT…and it is 7 not 11. Sorry for the mess-up. When I was asked I was actually thinking of where I get the most tug, which is 11. But my Loss Of Tug is 7. Once again sorry for the mess-up. :)

How about when you ARE PEing? What sort of schedule do you follow during the week: 1 on/1off, 2 on/1 off, 5 on/2 off?

Due to the long decon breaks. I dont take too many days off when I am PE’ing. At the most I’ll go for 5 on/1 off.
