I’ve noticed that when I do blasters at night, my jelqing session sucks the next day. I know that working the PC muscle is supposed to conunteract problems due to stretching, but it’s not really working for me. I need both girth and length, but I’m wondering if I should concentrate strictly girth for awhile and abandon blasters. I also can’t really see how jelqing can increase length other than giving you a harder erection.

The length of a penis has largely to do with the dimensions of the corpora cavernosa and spongiosa. by forcing blood into the chambers you expand them in both linear and lateral dimensions. That is why jelqing is good for both length and girth. Think of a long balloon, if you force more air into it it expands in both directions (assuming it doesnt pop).

Check it out guys, no need to have a big dick if you ain't gonna use it!!

I would switch up your routine until you find a combination that works. I am a real fan of working on both length and girth.

I had the same problem and posted an overworked thread. Recently I started doing my DLD blasters in the morning. After my morning wood subsides I have my coffee and do 50 to 100 blasters and about 20 min of stretching. I have a 40 minute jelq workout at night. It seems to be working well for me.
