Best girth

Guys (and gals),

Where is it best to have the most girth? My girth varies along my shaft. I am widest at the base (5.4), thinner in the middle (5.0) and then wider near the head (5.2). I also have an upward curve in my erection.

Anyway, does anyone have some data on this? My question is not on looks but on how it feels with a woman (or man if you prefer).

Considering most of the nerve endings are in the first few inches of the vagina, do you want her to feel you with your head, or your base? In other words, barely in, or in to the hilt. I go for the hilt.

a good size head and shaft is what my experience says.

work the shaft and head together. try and get it all equal. My girth is equal from the middle of my glans to my base and my wife loves it.

I think a lot of it depends on your technique, and which sexual positions you favor. For example, base girth comes less into play during positions of low penitration (such as doggie-style with a thick-assed girl). When in doubt, go with uniformity.

My opinion is that you should learn to take advantage of whatever your penis’ shape is.

My base has more girth, I believe, from hanging. When giving my EG should I average all measurements or should I just go with the smallest measurement (5.0)? I guess I was hoping that base girth was important in some way. One of my goals is to “even things up” in the future.

Wow, we’re penis buddies. I have the identical girth measurements on all 3 points as well as an upward curve.

But to answer your question, I would think it would be most important for the midshaft and base, because that’s where the most time is spent, especially if your wife/gf is a grinder.

Base is best for chicks they have most nerves at the top of the honey hole, but I’m going for the same girth throughout but my base is .25 more now.

I started with a cone (7” base - 5.5” below head) and I want to even it out some, but not completely. I’m also squeezing for more head girth. Then I’ll split ‘em with the base and turn ‘em inside out with the ridge.

It is nice to know that a larger base girth is not so bad. But I still haven’t got an answer to where it is best to measure girth. Or should I take an average of my varied girth?

I measure head, mid and base girth and keep a record of each.

I do this so I can see the effect (if any) of the particular exercises I’m doing at the time.

When I give my EG, it is always my mid shaft girth. This happens to be about my “average”.

I am currently doing the same as Andrew, keeping track of all 3. It helps for finetuning the shape of your dick. If you only measure midgirth you might not realise in time you’re getting a baseball or trunk effect.

Nothing like a big, fat juicy head to rub all the right places. From the glans down to mid shaft, is the important place to have girth. When you walk into someone’s house, the first thing you notice is what you see first. (Yes, I am stating the obvious). The same for the vagina. The first thing you notice is what you feel first. You can pound the inside all you want, but it is what’s at and closer to the door of my chamber :) that gets the most satisfaction.
