I need a hard gainer or no gainer that is willing to try.

Follow safe but unusual instructions.

Must be prepared to save 45 minutes per day three days per week to PE purposes.

Must be willing to change anti penis habits like alcohol and junk food, cigarettes.

Any takers?

When I get 5 takers I will post the routine.

I will. I have been pe for 3 months zero gains. Is my experience long enough though?

I have not grown for a long time and I would love to gain something. I will try your routine however I will warn you, my unit turtles very easily. I think i might be a way-less-is-more guy. Up to you though.

I’ve been doing PE for a few years now and gained a little bit near the start but haven’t seen much growth (Although I have been on and off). I’ll be done with school this week so I’ll have plenty of time to try. What’s the timeframe for this routine?

I’m also pretty healthy (eat healthy, exercise, no smoking or drinking, etc)

I’m also like the poster above in that I turtle often after routines and don’t experience that nice full hang afterwards. This happens with both minimal and intense routines.


Starting Stats (2006): BPEL: 5.2" EG: 4.6" GOAL: 6"+/5"+

As of 7/20/08: BPEL: 5.7" EG: 4.3" Not sure what happened to my EG. Measured differently perhaps?

1/12/2010: BPEL 5.9" EG 4.4" Stretching, V-jelqs, Regular Jelqs and Clamping

If you are targeting length, I am in.

I have been seeing girth gains from jelqing, ulis and manual clamping. (lots of new veins seem to mean growth. blood supply to more tissue?)

I am at 7.30 very hard bone pressed, and I want another 1” in length and .5 in girth. (already at 5.5)

However, I have gained over 1.5” in length in 18 months, however, I have hit a plateau and maybe suitable?

Also, I don’t drink or smoke. I eat OK and do 3-5 cardio sessions and 3 resistance sessions per week.

So not sure I could join your experiement? But if so, let me know.
