Alright, this is fishy

I’ve been doing allot of reading on these posts about fibrosis and scar tissue and such, I even read the link that Shiver had posted a couple threads back, it made sense, but it didn’t entirely!

If all this is true about fibrosis/scar tissue, how do we know if we aren’t just setting ourselves up for no more gains? And a contrary thought, why do some of us continue to gain? There should be no exception to the rule of biology?

I’m not freaking out here, but the more I read about this, the more dis hearted I become.

What the hell are you talking about? Setting us up with no more gains by doing what?

"Be aware that there are several schools of thought here as well. Some seem to go with the hard and heavy approach. The sessions are brutal. You can hear them talking to their dick: You better grow mofo or I will punish you even harder tomorrow! Others seem to favor a more tender approach. Always listening to what their member is saying while massaging it gently and singing to it with a soft voice. If it is moody and not happy with new behavior, they always listen and are very understanding."

Calm down there bro..

What I was saying was, if all this stuff about fibrosis and scar tissue is true For Science minded PE’ers then how are we to continue to gain if our penis is taken over or even interspersed by/with all these unstretchable tissues?

I’m not saying this is the way it is, hopefully it’s not, but curiosity has struck me.

I’m having wonderful gains currently, so don’t think I’m tripping’ and believe you can only gain so much, but I’m just curious as to how this is possible through all these hindering scientific factors.

If this is right, that would explain why more work is required to continue gains. I don’t buy all the fibrosis and scar tissue thoughts and believe there is no limit on what someone CAN gain, it is more of a question of how much you are willing to risk. As time goes by everyone is required to add more stress to the tissues.

Anyone else? I would like to believe Alice Hooper is correct!

It has to be a factor to some degree, but the evidence of continued gains makes one think, the fibrosis can’t be that big of a factor? Or does one really have to traumatize the penis to get all this scar tissue and fibrosis? Maybe simple workouts cause such small changes that elastin is the main factor in tissue repair? There has to be something to that, or we wouldn’t gain at all, unless of course these more course tissues of fibrosis can be stretched?

I’m not claiming to be correct, but I have my own way of looking at PE and my “hunches” have worked for me. I really don’t try to get bogged down in all the technical stuff, it would ruin my mental clarity.

Alice

This is true, but sometimes my mind just wanders!

Look on the bright side - if you don’t PE you definately won’t gain. If you do PE then your choices and dedication will determine how far you go. Bib made incredible gains, but he also put in an incredible amount of work - enough work for 5 or 6 regular guys.

I hope the other thread doesn’t come across as implying that there is some immovable wall that cannot be passed, it only states that as time goes on we tend to need more dedication for each increment, and that there may be a supplement ‘equalizer’ out there. I felt that was pretty positive news, no?

Yes, I agree, I do believe there is no wall that cannot be moved in PE regards, I was just questioning the logic of tissues that cannot be stretched..

If the tissues cannot be stretched then no gains will occur! I believe personally that with careful work, we can avoid the horindous fibers!

I think it has to do with your genetics more than anything. If you ever lifted weights, seriously that is. Trying with every fiber of your being to gain good muscle mass. And only got modist gains you might want to lower your expectations on the PE. I’m refering to myself here incase it’s not obvious. I worked out for 2 years, almost every day even though Im very strong. You wouldn’t look at me (with a shirt on) and think that I had allot of muscles.

Well a double hernia and back problems later her i am trying to build another muscle. And I find myself asking the same old questions. Should I rest more or keep going with my heavy, almost working out every day routine.

The thing that makes me think the fibrosis notion isnt really true. Is it takes allot to make your penise grow. If it was easy jacking off would produce growth. And i’d be known as King Dong. I feel that rest is important but also I’m afraid to stop for too long. Because I keep thinking that I’m building up and I dont want to lose any of the pump that I gained from the night before.

I guess the question I have is after a session how long will you hold that pump?

I have to say the sessions right after time off seem pretty darn good. And the 5th session in a row I seem to have a weak erection.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Just some personal thoughts and opinion:

Its a kind of Dammed if you do and Dammed if you dont scenario because…

I think it all has to do with the intensity level of the workouts ,i.e., in some cases less is more and in other cases more is more.

However….

If penile tissues are not stressed enough then there is no gain.
If penile tissues are over stressed—also no gain and the healing process is compromised in such way that even retraction may even take place—fibrosis and scar tissue and the such. Once you already develop fibrosis/scar tissue then the potential for gains decreases.

Therefore…

IMHO, the key to Penis Enlargement is to find the right balance of stress, rest and supplementation.

If you knew you could not fail...what would you attempt to do? Female Foot Fetish Current Stats: 5/4/10 8.5BPx6.0, 7.5NBP Achieved Goal and have been on maintenance program since

2006.

I really don’t worry about the ‘pump” lasting, 2 or 3 sessions a day with short bursts of maximum intesity works best for me. Weak erections I have all the time, usually going back to normal after a 24 hour break. It would seem a weak erection would be a clue to the work performed, unless you masturbate often. Infrequent ejaculations really make my cock more visually stunning, although it is totally healthy and advised to ejaculate often for prostate health.

Deadeye, not to go off subject, but the weight lifting thing, I used to have the same problem, and I thought I couldn’t gain much muscle, then I started eating ungodly amounts of calories and protein, and boom, I packed on 35 lbs of muscle in 6 months, which is unheard of!

But anyway, I believe the penis is hard to build up, I think it just take a serious dedication and the right amount of work and rest, and as long as we don’t injure it, I believe it will continue to grow.

What I meant was that if you ask “are we just setting us up with no more gains”, I want to know what you mean by that… PE in general? If that’s the deal, well, without PE you wouldn’t gain in the first place. :) This is what confuses me.

"Be aware that there are several schools of thought here as well. Some seem to go with the hard and heavy approach. The sessions are brutal. I guess what I meant was, if we do this incorrectly, we could kill what could be potential gains.

What scares me is, I don’t know what is to much? I’ve not witnessed no visible retraction, unless you count your penis shriveling up for a couple hours after a stretching session! But that happens to me regardless of how long and hard I stretch, I always get my penis drawing up to nothing for a short period of time, and then it gets permantly longer! But jelqing on the other hand, I usually get a good pump. The last thing I want is my unit getting smaller!
Are there any tell tell signs of scar tissue build up? You can’t see inside you penis!

I’m going to go so far as to say that you would have to tear the tissue to the point of internal bleeding before you would get any kind of permant retraction, (feel free to correct me).
