Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Ahh, the ache and the itch..

Ache, internal itch, and a little bit of tingling.

The weird thing is that I sometimes have crazy dreams before a gain. For example, before my last gain I dreamt that my flaccid was the size and shape of a football. Gain that week. Another time I dreamt I had two penises. Gain that week. ?????

Well I just dreamed I measured 11.5 bone pressed not too long ago and then I finally made it to 8. I guess our bodies know more about what is going on than we are aware.

Interesting stuff here guys. I have had these same sensations that you’re all describing, but I have never measured to verify if they lead to growth, but let me ask you all something.

I have always struggled with knowing when I should take a day off or make it a PE day. I rarely get negative PIs, even if I PE 6-7 days in a row, but I still believe that rest days are beneficial, maybe even necessary, for growth. Do you all think that it would be a good idea to rest on days when I have this inner itching sensation that this thread is about? In other words, do you believe that the onset of this sensation should be taken as a sign that growth is occurring and it’s time to rest, or do you recommend PEing on these days?

I’d love to hear your thoughts/experiences.

Thanks.

Actually, this is shaping up very nicely for us to add a significant PI that may actually indicate growth.

That’s a very good question wherezmyname, do you (guys) think the achyness or itch means hit it again, or take a day off and maximize growth?

It may well be that most of you that get this indicator, don’t know. It would be interesting if some of you took it as an indicator to hit it again, and some as an indicator to take a day off…and see which group gets better gains.

For me, I say hit jelqs lightly again if the unit aches. Really aching ligs and tunica, (length), I back way off.

This recently worked for a clear girth gain for me. On my 4th day of 3 on 1 off, I touched my dick to pee only, and most of the day, I had the tingle internally and had to itch a few times. That night I was .05 larger in girth.

I agree with adding it as a PI. Most of the older members I’ve had chats or e-mail correspondence with, feel the same way with respect to achiness/itching and growth.

Just a follow up:

I decided to do my full routine again today. I can go further into detail about what my routine is if anyone is curious, but the point is that it’s been about 7 hours and my PIs seem to be quite positive. I think I’m really going to start paying more attention to this.

For several months I have been going with the idea to get it where I want, then leave it alone. If I get a machine adjusted properly, I don’t keep re-adjusting it, same with my dick.

Now there are two kinds of sensations we are talking about here: ache and internal itch.

Do I keep working out when I feel these?

Ache: Yes and no. I’ll go again if it aches if that is my current on/off plan. This is a general ache, like when you have had a lot of sex. Not sharp pains, burning, etc.

Internal itch: Yes and no again. This is because only once or so have I gotten the internal itch in the midst of on days. I have had it many times, but almost always it is after at least 36 hours off. (Call it the second day off.) I usually let it subside to almost gone or gone before going again.

If it is fact an indicator of growth happening, my idea is to let it grow all it can before trying for more.

If it in fact is an indicator of a slight injury that is healing, then perhaps I shouldn’t re-injure it until it heals.

I should also note something I think is very important about the ache and the itch.

I have had periods of time where I gained quite well and never or very rarely had the internal itch sensation.

I am not an expert, but to me going for the itch MAY be limiting your overall potential in exchange for faster short term gains. I am currently trying for the itch, but due to my current size, I would not be disappointed if it makes me plateau.

Even if I am wrong about the itch maybe limiting your long term potential, there is little doubt in my mind that going for the itch means you are pushing the envelope close to the point of a negative injury.

Also in my humble opinion, I had to reach a certain conditioning level before the ACHE became a positive PI for me. When I started, I distinctly remember getting that ache and turtling up for long periods of time, getting corded, etc.

Overall, in my humble novice opinion, the internal itch and the ache should be approached with caution. Lets face it, these are at least somewhat negative sensations, our bodies are maybe trying to tell us something.

Well all I know is I will never intentionally try to get “the itch”, the feeling drives me crazy.

I don’t like to predict gains, it usually fails. But the deep soreness/aching feeling and perhaps the deep itch are my favorite indicators.

EQ,

First of all, it would be very cool if I ended up with your stats. I agree with you, that the ache was/is a positive sign after some conditioning had been acheived. Also, I think that ACHE usually comes from stretches, and the ITCH usually is a jelqing/compression etc. (girth related) PI.

** On a side note, how did you stretch, exactly, for your length gains? I am currently SD and 45% SD manually stretching, but I quickly end up on the edge of overdoing “the ache” with my tunica.

Does anyone else find the same thing?

Wouldn’t it be great if we could say ache is connective tissue and itch is smooth muscle!

Do any of you find that it is a reliable sign that you can produce anytime you wish, or do you find it shows up at various times you can’t connect with what brought it on?

I don’t stretch. I tried it early on, and gave up on it.

I think I do get some stretching action out of the New Jelq City jelqs.

It would be great! The only observation I have is that the ache as I experience it is exactly like the ache I get from having a lot of sex. I mean exactly. So I am not sure if it could be associated with the tunica being pulled like in a stretch. (She is just not that tight).

I am working on being able to bring on the itch, but for the most part it shows up at times I cannot yet predict. Squeezes are the best bet though, not 100%.

It may be that the two sensations are just two phases of the same process. First the ache, then the itch is my order 100% of the time.
