A Fine Lesson in PATIENCE

So I’m poking around on jelqing and stumble onto this thread. The guy states his routine over the past 25 years of PE, and I thought it was worth mentioning here.

See, it gives us a fine perspective in the patience and persistence required for a successful PE career. It settles our nerves when we see the knuckle-head claims of 1/2" girth and 1.5" length gains in TWO MONTHS.

Man, shut the fuck up, and let me send you a virtual bitchslap.

SLAP!

That’s EQ and measurement error. You did NOT gain that in two months you ignorant fuck-tard.

Gains, brothers and sissies, come slow over the years. See how this guy states a 1/4-1/2" length gain year-on-year. That is a reasonable, realistic length gain! Girth is tricky, owing to its relationship with EQ, but 1/8-1/2" gains year-on-year seem to be fairly typical.

And I see on here all the time guys lamenting only gaining a 1/4" length this past year, and only seeing a 1/8" of an inch gain in girth.

Think long-term. Think compound interest. Think four years down the road. It adds up, that’s the point.

Also, note the simplicity of his routines. Clean out the gym of all the gimmick-ware, stick with try-true jelqs and stretches, and exercise consistently and with a great deal of patience. Develop an enormous amount of long-term vision, and stick to it for life.

He also agrees that 7" is a fine length, owing to the woman’s comfort, but that girth is pretty much open-ended without much complaint. I’m right at 6.75-7" and have to agree. It’s a great length, full penetration without discomfort, even though it doesn’t "look" big. I already get complaints in some positions, so it is a very real ceiling for length.

Anyway, thought it was worth sharing. PE should be a lifetime commitment, not a quick gain in two months so you can amp up your lousy sex life.

Do you feel better now? If he said that’s what happened to him well we don’t have to believe him but we don’t have to attack him either. No good comes of that.

I like this.

I was thinking just yesterday, I’ve been doing PE for about 1.5 years and I’ve gone from 6.9 BPEL to 7.20 BPEL. That’s not a huge increase in a year and a half, but for me it’s pretty awesome. I haven’t tracked girth as much, but I know I’ve gained there too. Not huge gains again, but still noticeable gains. Everyone on this site always emphasizes consistency, and I think that really is the key. Stick to a regular routine, long-term and you’ll eventually reach your goals.

I make no apologies. Outrageous claims will be met with outrageous eye-rolls.

Likewise, no good comes from shaming or deterring other men from PE by setting unattainable goals against an impossible measure.

Which is why I posted this blog post. It is about the most realistic vision of PE I’ve ever seen, and lines up with realistic expectations any man can have if he maintains a consistent, simple routine over the years.

I was just thinkin’ about you and wonderin’ where you were, Saul. This particular post you linked is pretty awesome. Heck, for him jelqing did the job enough that he gained, in six years pretty much at the same rate I did with…no financial commitment. Freakin’ amazing. All the more reason for me to continue to tell guys…you ain’t gotta buy your way into PE to gain.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

To put it in perspective a natural bodybuilder could take 10+ years to get “big” barring a genetic disposition to gaining muscle.

Anyone who’s tried to gain in the gym knows it is a series of small gains. Persistence adds up. It’s noticeable over time but goes so slow that the person themselves may not notice as drastic a change.

Well said as usual Saul,
There are a lot of guys on here that make outrageous claims and always will be.I just take them with a large greain of salt. For myself I have been doing PE consistently for 4 years now. That has yielded a 0.75” Increase in girth and 0.75” increase in length.Long way to go yet but hell I have a lifetime to do it.

preach brother! It took me 1 1/2 years to gain 3/8 inch girth (0 the past year) and guys are claiming 1/2 gains in 2 months. I won’t call anyone a liar because it may have happened to some “lucky newbie”. But I take all claims with a grain of salt. If you tell me I can gain 1/4 to 3/8 mseg in a year then I will take it and look forward to 3 years from now being at 6.0 mseg! But I don’t know if that will happen.

I meant if I can gain 1/4 to 3/8 inches mseg per year I will take it. But I think 1/8 to 1/4 inches gain in mseg girth is significant and more the norm but what do I know. Maybe I am just a slow gainer.

I gained about 15lbs on juice once, lost it almost instantly once the shots stopped. So it was not true “gains.” It was mostly water and bloating from the steroids (I used EQ, ironic, eh, or equipoise, like you give horses). But I’ve always been a gym rat, never a builder but always around them, and one professional builder (competition) set his goal on 3-5lbs of solid mass per year. Those stacked up over the years, but it was real mass, not fluid bloat.

Being around people who take bodybuilding seriously — and PE Is bodybuilding, just in a different sense — generates a long-term strategic approach to the art. Nobody writes a book in a week, nobody puts on 10lbs of mass in 10 weeks, nobody loses 10lbs of mass in 10 days, and so on.

I keep a lot of salt grains around, that’s for sure.

To TG: I was taking a decon break owing to that vasectomy I had, and I sorta got razzed over some stuff that some guys were posting on here, so I figured a break from TP would serve me, too.

I have to agree on the 7 inches. I’m right around there right now and it can be uncomfortable for the woman. You definitely can’t slam it in balls deep right off the bat, gotta take it slow. It is why my length goal is really whatever after this point. I’m guessing I’ll gain another half inch even just focusing on girth (as I subscribe to the stretching for girth theory), but I’m not worried about it anymore.

Honestly, if I can get to 5.5 girth I might retire from PE excepting maintenance. It is all about how the wife reacts. I do it for better sex more than body image, though I do have to say that her eyeing it and commenting is great for the ego!

Starting Stats: BPEL 5.5" EG 4.4" -- Current: BPEL 6.9" EG 4.95" -- Short Term Goal BPEL 7", EG 5.25" -- Ultimate Goal : BPEL 7.5" EG 5.75"

Initial increase in length and girth is a fact. OK, not cemented gains, but when you are starting you don’t need “pros” stating that what you think you achieved is actually something you will loose the minute you stop your routine. That being said, a person guy has do do his research and set realistic goals, while being ready to not achieve ‘em. Anything beyond that will be a plus.

OP tells us of a guy who gained, over a bunch of years, by just sticking to regular 5 days per week jelqing and stretching sessions. This seems like realistic, and good for the guy. But it doesn’t mean that other techniques are not valid or don’t work. Just like body building, you can use no mechanic tools and gain using your own body with the right exercises, you can use the aid of tools, and can achieve the same goal with different techniques AND no single tech. will work the same way for different bodies.

When I started posting here a few years ago I was measuring things the wrong way, doing jelqs the wrong way, but people here helped me understand how to proceed. If they would just say “you are doing it wrong and gained nothing” maybe this could have been the end of my PE journey. It wasn’t and now I can share what little I learned with other people :)

Started: ~5.9 BPEL x ~4.72EG (November 2014)

Current: ~6.82 BPEL x ~5.7EG (February 2019)

Goal: 8 NBPEL x 6.5EG

I’ve gained about one inch in length and .5” in girth since starting PE over two and a half years ago doing strictly manuals. That is, various stretches, dry jelqs, squeezes, and orange bends. I’m happy with my gains and I’d like to add a bit more length if I can but I started this strictly to increase EQ. The size increase has been a welcome but secondary consequence of doing PE. And I have increased my EQ by a a lot.

Even though I’ve done only manuals, I totally understand those that have gone on their journey using mechanical devices. Hey, whatever works for a given individual is what it’s all about.

And I totally agree, based on my own experience, that the types of gains experienced by the individual cited by the OP are realistic and what can be reasonably expected with years of PE.

That’s why, as frequently stated here, PE is a marathon, not a sprint.

Just glad to see you back around. Your brand of real talk was missed and I hope that you’re in better spirits now. That’s honest.
