WTF why can't I gain.

Onto month four now and still no gains, I’m am truly lost at this point now. I see people gaining like crazy from the newbie routine yet I can’t gain anything. What am I doing wrong? I just don’t understand this at all, this is really starting to aggravate me. Help please.

I am doing the newbie routine
-Warm up rice sock 5 mins
-Stretch up,down, straight out, left, and right 10 mins total 30 sec each stretch
-400 wet jelqs
-Warm down
-Two days on one day off

I have no pain, no red spots, no turtle dick afterwards, and no gains.

Try something else. There isn’t any magic formula that can give you gains. Change something and see how it works. Add fulcrum stretching, to say one; or switch to an extender or a pump. Or clamping.

No problem bro. I’d wish I could give better advices, but PE is for the most part a trial-and-error task.

Should I do more manual stretches? think that might help?

I think with 10 minutes per day you had to see some length gains; if that hasn’t happened probably simple stretches won’t do the trick for you. I think there are two strategies that have the higher chances to give lenght gains:

a) low and prolonged tension; this is done with an extender.
b) frequent small sessions of istretching, expecially fulcrum stretching. A very clever routine of this kind is the one designed by Benett8. Something similar is done by some pumpers, who do 3+ brief pumping session per day.

Hanging is also an option; I have to say, though, that despite the religious belief of many, I’ve seen very few coinvincing reports of big gains by hangers. But to each his own.

I used to get a little pain (randomly not during a session), red dots, bigger red dots, a much big dick after sessions and gains.

So, are you actually manipulating the CC tissues when you jelq or are you just wanking? It’s quite a lot of effort.

I have a extender but it isnt comfortable after about a hour of wearing it. are there anything suggestions for a strap or material to wrap around the head to cushion it a little better. Ive tried multiple things and nothing helps really.

Well I used to get a sharp pain on the side of my penis not during sessions but just randomly, they would only last for about a second and go away and that was really it. Its kinda of hard to see red spots on my penis since I am black. I do try to inspect my unit afterwards to see if there are any bumps and what I could relate to what would be a redspot but I dont really ever see them. I dont know if I am manipulating my cc tissues or not. I have notice that when i loosened up my grip pressure my penis fills fatter compared to when i squeeze harder its not as fat. I dont know if this is a positive PI or not…

Have you read any of the guides to jelqing we have here? Like How to Jelq. You should loosen your grip at the start of a stroke but you need to tighten it before you go up the shaft or you won’t be forcing blood up the shaft. Try making a tourniquet grip and forcing that up the shaft, what you want is just slightly less than that to enable a little blood to flow through.

I don’t know how dark your skin tone is but inspecting your penis under bright light might help. The small red spots are pin prick sized and can’t really be felt.

I haven’t ever tried soft then harder during the stroke but I will try that now and see if it helps. I was told the force should be like squeezing honey off of a stick or something like that? My skin isn’t that dark but I have never noticed any red spots before.

You need to release the grip when you pull back and then reapply firmly to go up the shaft. Read the how to.

Well, jelqs aren’t as easy to do as anyone can think.. You need the exact erection level for them to work.. For me learning that wasn’t fast.

Keep trying and find the correct erection level.. And keep it along the routine.

I usually have a low erection level when i jelq, if for whatever reason i get harder i just use less pressure on the grip.
