Wtf!?!?! I am shrinking!!

Ok so 2 months ago i didnt make any progress (was my 4th month on the newbie routine) so ppl suggested a more advanced routine.

I started

Stretch 10 mins
Jelq 10 mins
Uli’s 5x5
JAI stretch 3x15

Increasing 1 minute stretchs and jelqs and one more ULI every week

I didnt gain anything in girth but lost 7/16 inch in leangth! seriously wtf!!!!!

Take a few days off and measure again. Maybe you are having some tunica swelling that is preventing you from pulling to your full length. Sounds a bit strange, just relax for now. Any injuries?

It happens…sometimes. Quit something of the rutine, there are times when less is more… I am passing a similar problem right now brother. 10 minuts of jelq is very little (I do 20).

Are you sure you didn’t gain any weight? A little can go a long way…

Yeah dude, it’s freaking weird!! I mean I could see maybe loosing like 3/16 or somewhere around there, but you cannot mismeasure 7/16 loss!

Yeah at the end of my newbie routine I was up to 16 mins jelqs but only 6 minutes stretching. Every week I add 1 minute so ill be up to 20 soon enough.

I think I might take out the ULIs, they are pretty intense and I dunno if they are helping me more than they are hurting me..

This is the 2nd month in a row I didint have any gains tho!! SUCKS!! Feels like I wasted 2 months!! I guess cause I did!

What do you mean? Body weight?

Also I’m doing 2 days on, 1 day off. Should I switch this up?

I’m gonna take a week off then start back on my original newbie routine (simple) but just longer. Start with 15 mins jelqs and 15 mins stretch and see what happens

I lost .15 and i blame is on jelqing with too high an erection. Don’t be scared I gained it back and extra, You gotta figure out ur penis man. thats the most important part of all of this.

You might want more than a week. And remeasure for sure. I was there once. I switched to Low level erection jelqing and have seen better PIs and even a bit of a gain, which is crazyu because I’ma really hard gainer. It will come back.

Just don’t give up!!!

And yeah I need to figure out my wang. Like I said I’m gonna go back to the bread and butter of just stretching and jelqing for a month but more volume and see how that goes

Sounds like you’re toughening up by over working your johnson. Take some time off and use less time per workout and it should come back.

that’s a BAD PI from what i can think. you are doing it too much too early. stop doing PE and take a rest for a while and see if it comes back. then resume.. this time slowly but surely. 7/16 of an inch is big huh! that sucks big time. i hope you gain it back dude.
