Sorry, I couldn’t find what PI meant, little help? Lol

Yeah I’m taking a week off, then starting back up with no ULIs, I think those were too intense.

Hover your cursor over where it says PI in your post and all will be revealed!

Then read sparky’s thread on it - very valuable stuff to know. PI’s

Well PI means Physiologic Indicators and as its name implies, they indicate whether you’re doing PE the right way or not thru physical indicators. In your case the PI is the lost of size or shrinking and its a bad one. It means you’re overtraining your unit. I think taking a week off then starting back with a lighter routine is a very good idea. By the way, have you gained back your size? Keep us posted. Good luck again!

Thanks in advance.

Oh, my bad. I’ll never do it again. Thanks for reminding me.

I feel that PE should come in cycles. Ups and downs. If you can learn how to do a lot then do a little, you can at it longer. Example: Slowly build more intensity for a few weeks, then bring it back down for a week, then bring it back up. You stay at it longer. Even baseball players go on hot and cold streaks. Ted Williams didn’t bad .406 all season long…he had his ups and downs.

That does make sense. I am a big lifter and with working out they call it “deloading”

That’s kinda sad but I still believe you will gain all you’re loss back and add more to you’re current stats once you restart with a lighter routine. Just be persistent but careful at the same time. Gains will come your way for sure.

Yeah, the working out logic is great. I’ve been working out for about 10 years now. I can go a month or two if I want without any exercise and because of what I know about diet and exercise, I can get everything back in about 3-4 weeks…maybe less.

In any case, from what I’ve learned in training the body is if I work out harder and harder, yes I will gain size but it takes more and more work and more and more work with the diet. So, I imagine PE would apply to those same rules. Now, for those of us who don’t want to start getting up to hours a day with PE…if you work up intensity to the point of just before, it’s a very fine line, just before your dick starts to toughen up and then you just do some edging for a few days with no PE it’ll keep your penis more healthy.

It’s very hard to fully explain and you just have to be doing PE for a while to understand it. I think after a year, I really started grasping the PE knowledge.

Just stay at it and you’ll gain in spuratic spurts throughout the year.

That’s just my 2 cents…I”m probably right as much as I am wrong with this stuff.
