Wow I'm already seeing gains using the newbie routine

I just ended my first week and I measured.

Gained approx 0.2 inch girth and length

And I was mainly focusing on length wow

I love this freaking site I love you guys haha

I mean it’s small gains but holy crap it’s working and ima work harder

Dont work harder, keep doing what youre doing if its working :)

What ICANdothis wrote. One fifth of an inch in a single week is one heck of a sweet spot.

Please write your exact routine and your way of stretching. I’m curious. How long do you hold it, how much time do you take to pull it from normal state to stretched state?

He may be doing the stretches differently, but my experience is that taking 2 to 3 seconds to “relax” into a stretch works best for me. I also do a “light” reverse kegel into my stretches, and into my jelq too for that matter, as I find it allows me to relax the ligs and groin area for maximum effectiveness. Give it a try, you’ll definitely feel a difference.


Posting 'newbie' but 2+ year lurker and PEer.

Start: ~6" BPEL, ~5" MSEG (If I remember correctly) Now: 7.25" BPEL, 5.25" MSEG (After an 8 month break) GOAL: I'll be finished when I'm done.

The first stretch I point up north for 30 seconds

Than point south 30 seconds

North east 30 sec

North west 30 sec

South west 30 sec

South east 30 sec

And do two handed stretch north 30 sec

And a 2 handed strectch south 30 seconds

The day after I heard somewhere ur penis is bigger post workout cause of fluids so I waited till the next day

Good to hear man, I didn’t know gains would show that quickly.. Hoping to restart monday, go for two weeks and check.. My Adrenalins going to be pumping when I’m about to see if I got good results.

With persistence, I suspect those gains will be permanent and increase. Keep us informed, especially if you end up being the super grower like kooljohn said.

nice, I just measured mine post workout, for the hell of it. The other day I was shocked when I got 7 3/8 with a kegel, today I did the same and it appears to have gotten a touch bigger, but noticeable, to 7 3/4. Of course these measurements are post workout, they still feel pretty good to see, I can feel the temporary workout girth gains in my hand, totally rock hard, also a nice feeling. One of these days I will have to take a pre-workout measurement to see if I moved up yet. I know my post workout size can’t keep getting bigger all the time, so I’m chaulking these measurements up to better blood flow.

Congrats man that are some pretty awesome early gains, keep doing your routine until you don’t see any more gains, but so far so good.


Was (july 07): 5.25 nbp (5.9 bp)X 4.5

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

Thanks guise for the support. Can someone tell me the point of kegels? I get so irritated doing them.
