I say 4 days cause I know when people stop working out they start to lose muscle after 4 days.

If you do, I would think you would gain them back quickly when starting again. I took a two week break a while back and lost a little bit of my girth gains. Within two workouts I got it all back and then got some more a little while later.

Don’t be afraid to give your dick a break man. Rest is key especially when it comes to girth gains. I take 4 days a week off while focusing on girth.

Thanks for the quick reply. I once took a 2 week break also after 2 months of PE that’s when I first got girth gains was from rest. But I just started up again about 3 weeks ago and didn’t want them to go to waste .as I took the last 4 days off .

Girthgetting’s reply was spot-on. It’s so easy to get into the mindset that more is better, and down-time is wasted time. Your penis has been there, in its current size, for a few years…a few days of rest won’t have a negative impact, and might actually do you some good.

Even if I only been at it for 3 weeks. And I always take weekends off but I took thur and Friday off too.
