Why do we jelq so long

Hi. I just wanted to ask why do we have to jelq for such a long time per session? I thought PE was somewhat like fitness/body building. I’ve never heard of exercising any muscle group for 15-30min. Can’t we (I) just do something like 10, max 15min of jelqing at a higher intensity instead of over 30min?

I ask because for 2 reasons: first, I’m pretty lazy and get bored easily (it’s hard for me to jelq that long) and also can’t really keep my erection for the whole period, and second I jelqed today for a little over 10min (maybe 15 but with 1-2 breaks) at a very high intensity and I feel I’ve worked out my penis better than in a normal 20-25min session.

I will try to jelq like this from now on and see what results I get, unless anyone strongly recommends against it and keep you posted with the progress.

Do a search on how PE works.At the moment I’m doing 500 wet jelqs a day.I can’t have a set amount of minutes because iv no idea how many I’m doing so I find it easier to have a set amount.I do 5x100.

Why do you think you need to jelq for over 30 minutes? Did you find this information at Thunders?

I never jelqed over 20 minutes, 10 at a low intensity, 10 at a high intensity. Going over it is unnecessary in my opinion, except when jelqing is the only PE you do.

the principle is basically the same: damage the tissue so it will grow bigger and stronger.

a lot of veteran users said they started at 10min of jelqing and increasing that amount by about 10/week. some guy was doing something like 50min of jelqing.
this is from the newbie routine: “Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.”

So, I guess I will keep jelqing for 20min max as it seems ok.
