Whats better the bib hanger or the pump

I been doing PE about 6 months mostly jelqs and stretches, I would like to advance but don’t know what’s better the bib hanger or pumps .my size is 7.75 /5.5 any advice would be great thank you

Well, if you want to hang the BIB hanger will work much better than a pump, but if you want to do pumping a cylinder and pump will do much better than a BIB hanger.

Seriously, you are talking about completely different things. While you are at it, you might as well throw and extender and/or ADS into the mix.

What has worked great for one guy may not work at all for another. As to whether hanging or pumping would be better for you, what is your goal? Hanging is more directed toward length, pumping more toward girth. Not everyone agrees that pumping results in permanent gains, although some do. Hanging typically requires a much greater investment of time.

I would start by reading the threads on Pumping 101 and Hanging 101 to get a feel for which would be better for you.

Why go straight for the Bib. If you are going to try hanging why not build a homemade hanger first. If hanging doesnt work for you then you will not have spent much.

Thank you for your reply Stuzilla I actually have made a home made stretcher 2 clamps put together with a string attached so when I’m watching a movie I just stretch with my teeth for 10 minutes at time I don’t know if it’s a good idea but it gives me a little privacy when wife is sleeping

Length that’s why I mostly do stretches,once I get the desired length witch is 8 I start working on my girth but I’m still doing jelqs 250 to 300 a day and some people have said in the forums I have read that jelqs might add a little length

Well, if you are targeting length, and looking to add some device, either a hanger or an extender would definitely be preferable to a pump. You could try hanging with a dog muzzle hanger and a cable clamp just to see how it feels. Hanging does pretty much immobilize you and requires a considerable investment in time. An extender needs to be worn for an even longer period of time than is required for hanging, but allows a bit more mobility. Jelqing has definitely resulted in length gains for some people. It did so for me.

In that case I’d vote for the Bib. I really like mine (wearing it as I type).

I tried the extender and it was to uncomfortable for me plus I can have my wife trying to grab me down there like she does and laugh lol she is not the type that understands I don’t want her to get drunk one day and say something to push a button lol but bin hanger it is and as far as stretching can you get good results from that ? Thank a lot guys

Do a search for it on here and you can see a lot of the results as well as routines people use. It worked for me when the other things I had been doing stopped working.
