What routine would you prefer

What routine would you prefer

These measurements are when I was at full growth.

6.2 length 5.5 girth

Would like to get the length up to 7.0-7.5 girth maybe 6.

What do you suggest besides the Newb routine?

I don’t use any instrument but my hands.


I would suggest only the newbie routine, at least for starters. Try it for at least a month.

Started: BPEL: 13 cm / EG: 10.5 cm // 27-06-07

Now: BPEL: 14.1 cm / EG: 10.7 cm // 18-10-07

Goal: BPEL: 17 cm / EG: 13 cm // Soon ;)

If you are just starting, then why would you want something different than the standard newbie routine? I think there is a reason why it’s recommended to beginners in the first place.because it works for them best! At least for me it does so far. It’s pretty safe and not that intense and it brought results to many people.and sadly of course there are people who do not see any results =/

But you’ll never know until you use it for a month or two. Nice girth by the way, the perfect one for women I think ;]

Start: 1. June- 15cm NBP x 12cm EG / 1. August- 16.5cm NBP x 12.3cm EG

Goal: 18,5cm NBP x 14cm EG

Futurehorse, stick to the newbie routine for at least one month, depending on how often you jelq and stretch. This will condition (acclimate) your overall penis and internal structures for more advanced routines. The worst thing you could right now would be to damage your penis and have to take several days or weeks to recover.

You are in this PE for the long haul, ie. month’s and years sometimes, take it slow and easy and read what others have posted on Thunder’s. Good luck and be consistant with your PE experience!
