I know the thought everyone got in their head right now “INDIVIDUAL!”
Sure, but is it realistic if you keep at it as much as responsibly healthy a day to gain 1inch lenght and 0,25inch girth in 2-3months?

I’ve tried some techniques, but never got the time to stick with a routine, not to mention the problem with my tight foreskin that I had to solve with a glansie device.

You could be one of the “few” who could accompolish something like that. I think 1 inch length and 1/4 inch girth would be a more realistic goal for a year IMO. You will never know unless you set a routine and are CONSISTENT. That is the key.

So there are no.. Devices or anything that can speed up the process?

If you’re a newbie you might get an inch pretty fast, mostly from increased EQ. I think if you stick with it you’ll be very happy in not too much time.

Use heat with EVERTHING you do. I’m talking about constant heat from a shower head for example, as warm as you can tolerate…

If you learn these little tricks as a newbie, then you can take advantage of your newbie growth, maximising it- if you do this, then your goals may be perfectly achievable.

First: whats the rush?
Well, the deal is I’m going to hook up with a ex-girlfriend of mine in the beginning of February, and you know an extra inch wouldn’t hurt.

I got this thing for my neck (tense muscles) you put in the micro-oven for 2 minutes heats up and you can basically put it around anything, will it do? Or do the heat has to be moist?
Which routine is the best? "Newbie routine” or is there any better with faster ?

Use whatever you want for the heat, I just find it handy to use the shower.

If the heat method you speak of provide constant heat throughout your session then its fine. But it has to be very warm, not just warm…

Based on Thunder’s Place data entered by over 3700 guys, it would be realistic to expect 0.5” in length and 0.25” in girth if you stick with it for about 7 months. This is close to both the median and average. In practice, many people that get consistent can gain the same amount more than twice as fast. I was able to gain that much in about 3.5 months. Gains slow over time for almost everyone, so it is likely that the next half/quarter inch will take much longer.

I think strokerace is pretty close. I have been at it seriously for about 10 months now, and this is my opinion.

When I first started, I didn’t think PE would even work, but I was desparate to get a little more to feel better about myself. As he said; if you stay consistant, you probably will get a 1/2 inch gain in the first couple of months from better erection quality, and maybe a lig pop if you stretch enough.

More than likely, things will slow down after that and you will have to work for the gains. The problem is, you can’t go too hardcore at the beginning because your schlong can’t take the punishment.

In my situation, I got a lig pop in the first month, and I instantly gained 1/2 length. Realistically, you could also gain 1/4 inch on your girth again from increased EQ, and from jelking. Believe me, she will probably notice 1/4 inch girth. Tell her to come back again in 6 months!

After you are conditioned, you can start to do exercises that will really start making a difference in girth. The problem is, you can’t rush the process.don’t get too horned up! If you push too hard, you could easily get hurt, and it would set you back for months. Look at your dick when you have a #10 boner.all those tiny veins are maxed out. It doesn’t take much extra pressure to rupture one of those if you aren’t conditioned down there.

Believe me, she will notice if you just stretch and jelk between now and then. It’s like lifting weights for the first make great progress at the start because it is new to the body (or your unit). It will swell and get longer, but you have to be really dedicated if you want to make the big gains some of these guys you read about here on this forum have made. After my quick 1/2 gain, it has taken me another 8 months to get the next 1/4 inch gain in length. That’s OK though.when you see your schlong grow that extra 1/4 inch, you can’t believe your eyes at first. It really is a great feeling!

I’m a personal trainer, so I have experience curbing young enthusiasm at the beginning. I had to really keep myself in check this past year. Believe me, when it comes to this game, slow and steady is the way to go. You have plenty of time to impress her in the future. You must focus on the big picture. I think 1 inch in 6 months isn’t out of the question, if you are consistant and use good technique and have a bit of luck (with PE genetics). Otherwise 1 inch in 12 months would seem a safer bet.

I just measured this week and am now up to 7 3/4BPEL. In other words, I have gained an inch in 6 1/2 months along with 1/4 inch in girth too 5.75 to 6.0.

Began May 2008, have had 3 weeklong stretches where I wasn’t able to PE, but otherwise have been at it 6 days a week, 4 hours a day. I have learned from all of the people here at TP and want to echo what others are saying. Start slow, allowing your schlong to adapt, be consistent and determined. It’s not a race, but a marathon and once you start seeing results, an addictive one at that. Good luck

Thanks for the detailed post. Can you explain a “lig pop”? Any hints on suggestion on how you would encourage that? I trained in martial arts when I was younger and when u think about doing stretches all of us started off very limited. If you stretched daily and consistently for a few months the gains would be very noticeable as the ligs stretched out. Much the same way injury was possible by rushing. But after about 6 months the gains you make would be seriously limited.

Now with the penis however we all have to remember that we’ve experienced enough erections and full blood flow that there ihas already been a some natural stretching. I definitely can feel the ligs or the ‘parts’ inside my penis that are keeping the length back. I”ve been very careful starting out but I can certainly see the possibility of length gains happening if a ‘lig pop’ or whatever you want to call it happens.

Not possible. Set your goals lower. Try these:

1) Develop a consistent and dedicated newbie routine.

2) Do keggels every day.

3) Don’t over do it.

This is NOT the last girl you will ever fuck in your life. You are better off preparing for the girls 3 or 5 or 10 years from now by getting into a good routine.
