How realistic is it to gain 0.5” in girth from just wet jelqing? Watching this thread Girth gains poll it seems that most people have gained under 0.5” in girth. For you guys that gained 0.5” or more; how long did it take, which exercises did you use and how often did you work out?

Most of the girth specific exercises are advanced exercises, and shouldnt be done until at least 3 months into your PE “career”.

Personally I gained 0.25” from jelqing in my first few months, and probably would’ve been more if I didnt stop PE for a while for personal reasons.

Current PE status - Contemplating Retirement. STARTED - 6.75"x5.25" CURRENTLY 7.5"x5.5" - BPFSL - 7.25"

No one can predict this, there are way to many things that play a factor.

I gained .5” from jelqing. It took around 1 year, maybe a little more to cement it. I haven’t jelqed in a year and I still have my gains. I’ll be starting up again this week.

My usual routine is 20-30 minutes of jelqs 5 days a week plus edging afterward and sometimes with a cockring.

There are girth gainers and there are length gainers. Some of us may be lucky enough to be both. Personally, I’m a girth gainer. I went from 5” to 6” EG without much effort—just the usual wet jelqing, stretching, and occasional ULI squeezes.

I gained 0.5” EG in my first 3 months. After that, I put on another 0.5” without trying much, just as a result of the various exercises I was doing to try to gain length.
