Hello all, I’ve just recently began doing PE, and I have read posts stating the importance of the warm up. I have done searches but have been unable to figure out exactly what a rice sock is.

Take a sock, fill it with raw rice (unboiled, uncooked). That’s it…
Put it into the microwave and heat it for a few mins….
