What do you think about my routine

Ok guys, I’ve been peing for a while now, and only did some newbie gains at the beginning even tho I was jelqing for 20-30 mins and I was doing erect jelqs, but the gains have stopped months ago so I’m starting a lot lighter again, what do you think about my routine
Day 1
10 mins warm up hot bath
10 mins stretch(30 second stretch all angles)
15 mins jelqing , at around 70percent 3-5 sec strokes, last 5 mins I jelq almost fully erect and usually do some jelq squeezes that make me wanna cum, probably because I’m holding my penis really tight while kegeling and then pinching
10 mins warm down
Day 2
10 mins warm up hot bath
10 mins O bends(3 sets + warming up in between sets)
15 mins jelqing
10 mins warm down

Then I repeat 2-3 more days and have 1 or 2 days off at the end of the week so it’s 5 days on 2 days off or 5 days on 1 day off

Now my questions are if it’s ok jelqing at a fully erection, it feels good and I can see a penis expansion from doing it , and how my penis feels heavier and looks thicker afterwards, but haven’t really seen any gains long term.
Should I just jelq at around 50 to 70 percent and then leave it there even tho I won’t get a good enough pump?I feel like it’s like when you go to the gym and workout , if you want size you usually look for a pump, but maybe it’s not the same case with PE.. Any suggestions? Any exercises I can add to my routine or how should I change it?

I don’t have any hangers or do any kind of pumping, all I do is manual exercises

Any help will be appreciated

Be careful on jelqing at full erection. Don’t know how long you’ve being PEing but I think it’s dangerous.

The warm up, I suggest to do with the rice sock or equivalent because it get hotter than the shower I think. I’ve read that several people here had more gains after doing a good warm up, besides it keep you away from injuries.

Your routine is cool, wanted some time do to everyday.

My routine now is:

10min warm up
10min hanging 500g to 1Kg
5-10min clamp
15-20min jelq
5min warm down

The clamping I do other 2 times after, but with a longer time between them.

I can do this routine only 2 times a week. I think it’s just for keeping my previous gains, but still hope to gain something only with these 2 days of jelq.

Thanks for your reply I wish I could hang , I just don’t even know where to get one, and keeping PE as a secret would be harder to do since I live with my girlfriend, and a hanger would be suspicious, thanks anyways, so you think I shouldn’t jelq fully erect?

I wouldn’t suggest you to start jelqing with full erection.

Try to keep up with the newbie routine for 2 or 3 months before starting something like hang also.

I don’t know how experienced you are but I do see that you only joined this month. Clamping and hanging in combination can be every bit as dangerous as erect jelqing. You only have one penis; I would play it safe buddy and gain as much as possibly with the newbie routine before moving on to advanced exercises.

I’m new here, but I’ve been just reading the forum for some months before they opened new logins.

I’ve been into PE for 6 months now, started hanging a month ago, and the clamping, I just do it once a week.

I got an interval between one and another, but if I feel too tired after the hanging, I don’t do the clamp and just skip to jelq (wet jelq 80%).

Ok, I get I won’t erect at full erection, I changed a little bit my routine since a month and can’t wait to measure in a week, I already feel like I’m getting bigger, it seems like less was the key to grow, my routine goes like this and I’ll keep with it until I hit a plateau, also when I hit a plateau what should I change? Should I just increase jelqing time? Or jelqing erection?pressure?

Day 1

10 mins stretch , sitting down, up, front, and parallel to my legs( I changed this because of the lot theory)my loss of tugback is mostly around 7- 8

Pipipride… your routine should essentially be based upon the way your unit responds to exercises - the newbie routine is a good “entry point” some need to do more; some less.

If you turtle, experience decreased flaccid size and erect size, aswell as decreased erection capability, you’re over doing it. If not you’re doing the right amount, or maybe even not enough.

In my experience gains occur most when you find a zone where you can exercise frequently with only occasional very short-term negative PI.

It’s also difficult to tolerate a bath hot enough to suitably heat your unit - I used to fill the bath with only hot water, then sit on the edge and use a hot wrap, once my PE was done the bath would have cooled enough to jump into.

As the others have said, jelqing while erect in not only dangerous, it is pointless IMO. It will damage your veins and hinder any growth. Just stick with the normal jelqs and take it slowly. I also think O bends are a little crazy unless you have been into ULI’s/clamping and that kind of stuff for a while. Also, I would stretch for longer, I tend to use a hot water bottle before bed to keep my penis hot and stretch while laying in bed. My favourite stretch it holding your penis in a normal grip and bring one leg up, then push your foot down on your hand. You will feel a great stretch. Hold it for about 2 minutes and then change sides.

Great, thanks guys, since I reduced my jelqing time to 15 mins, I haven’t seen any negative PI’s so I’m happy with it and I’ll keep with my routine until I plateau. Also my penis seems to respond good to the Obends, I do them every other day. Herballist I’ll for sure try that stretch you’re talking about with my foot pushing my hand, sounds pretty good.

I just wanted to know what other exercises should I incorporate when I stop gaining, I mean I’ve been peing for almost a year now and all I’ve done is manual stretches, jelqing, and jelq squeezes, recently I changed it up a little reducing jelqing time and jelqing at a lower erection, stopped the jelq squeezes, only do them every once in a while now, and added O bends and focusing on manual stretches to the front, up, and to the sides.

Should I just increase jelqing time gradually when I stop gaining? Or should I add some other kind of exercise? I don’t wanna do any kind of hanging or pumping, I don’t feel like my unit is ready yet, and I don’t think hanging would be beneficial for my penis since my lot doesn’t help at all.

I think that if you can make a bib hanger, hanging really light would be very beneficial. But for now, jelq for a bit longer. Have you tried doing a kegel just before you start each jelq? I find that fun and effective. Uli’s are good too as long as you don’t go too hard and make sure you are warmed up enough.

You seem like a nice guy, don’t do anything stupid, just keep up the pace and remember that gains will take longer when you have been PE’ing for a long time. :)

Ok , sounds like a good advice, but how in the world can I make a bib hanger, I don’t even know what it is. I’ll still jelq for a little longer before I start anything else, I haven’t tried kegeling while jelqing, I find very fun to do erect kegels so that’s the way I do it, I usually do it after my routine or later during the day while looking at sexy pictures on my phone, ipod or whatever, and is there any way to do manual uli’s or anything? I live with my girlfriend and PE is still a secret to her, I’m hoping one day I get so big that she’s like where the fuck did that come from? You know, but that might take a little while still, also I feel like jelq squeezes give me a really good expansion, but I don’t want to overdo it, I have before and my penis gets kind of swollen and turns almost purple, fortunately after applying cocoa butter during the day it would be healed by the next day, so now I only do jelq squeezes when I feel like my routine wasn’t very good and only do them for like a minute or something

The way I do jelq squeezes is by applying an ok grip, really tight to the base of my penis to cut circulation all over and then with the other hand squeeze my penis on 3-4 different parts of my penis while holding kegel, this is very arousing and sometimes when I used to overdo it it made me wanna cum, so now I don’t do more than a minute

Am I doing this exercise right? And tell me more about Uli’s

I’ve seen the extreme Uli’s video and I don’t have the equipment, then the Uli 3 video didn’t look like anything that promising. I just checked the jelq squeeze video again and I don’t think I’m doing it right, I might be doing something else, on the jelq squeeze you pretty much just jelq and then move the hand at the base a little bit more up the shaft and jelq again, and then you do the pinched grip at the end right?

I don’t do the jelq squeezes so I can’t help you there, but the ULI is simple, just grip tight at the base and kegel some blood in why arousing yourself. Each time you kegel, release your grip for a fraction of a second to let the blood through, then trap it again.

I then hold the grip as long as I can and occasionally squeeze the head of my penis (not too hard) to feel massive expansion. Then hold the grip until your erection subsides. Lots of heat first though.
