What do you do post-workout??

After I’m done with my session what should I do?

Nothing?

Dip jewels in cold water? (Read here that cements gains)

Apply warmth (I’ve been thinking about that b/c my glans usually has discoloration, like splotchy white)

Massage? (to circulate blood)

Ejaculate or don’t? (I have after every workout, I CANT resist!)

A good massage would be good, then you might want to look into wearing some kind of ADS, like a wrist wrap.

I advice you learn to stop ejaculating after your workout for two reasons:
1)Your penis will retract and lose some of the post-PE pump after an ejaculation.
2)Learning to not have to always ejaculate when aroused will allow you to last longer with sex if you want/need to.

Very good, number 2 can’t be stressed enough, it sure has made a BIG difference for me.

Coming to quick has never been a problem for me, I’ve been using the “peaking” technique since I’ve been 16. I’m in control. But if coming after my pe session causes a loss of gains, then thats another story. Is there any evidence behind this?

IM no expert but i have been doing this stuff for a long time. The reason I try not to come after a workout session isnt based on that session but the next one. In other words if you ejaculate after every workout the third and fourth workout on that week wouldn’t have good intensity. But if you dont ejaculate, every workout after gets more and more intense.

I just recently found this site. And Im amazed at the amount of good information that is here. I have been doing PE for about 5 years with only moderate success. I didnt do it so much to make my unit bigger. I did it to make it better and healthier. But I have grown over the years and from what im learning here Im hoping to reach the coveted 8x6 measurements.

I walk around the house naked so that Mrs RBM can see what’s in store for her. ;)

Seriously, after a warmdown I hang 2 or 3 golf weights, then do some strength training or endurance training. PE is just part of my total body workout. Wearing golf weights while using an eliptical trainer gives a nice tug with every stride and it prevents turtling until I can get to the real hanging a couple of hours later.

I also agree with Redwood about not ejaculating. Don’t give it any encouragement to shrink.

Heh, that’s the great I’ve discovered about PE. Since it’s advised not to ejaculate after PE, I’ve all but stopped an embarassing habit; porn.

I always follow up with Kegels. As many as I can do. :)

I think I consider constricting and keeping blood in as part of my routine (if not then this is what I do at the end), but at the very end I stretch out my dick and throw on the thera-p wrap around the base. After this I wrap myself in a heating pad for 5-10 minutes.

When I first started I would just go ahead and ejaculate two or three times a week, but I did find that this took away most of my pump. So since about the first month or so I’ve stopped doing that and keep my pumps for a long time.

After a good workout, I use whats left in the heatpad for 3-5 minutes, then massage down with Coco Butter tell I edge, that way…when I have sex the next time…I spill a pint of population paste that im very proud of :)

Well, because it’s a habit for me, it’s embarassing. The occasional viewing of porn is cool though. :D

I was reading on the link for hanging info from the front page: here.

“Apply heat for the first half of first half of sets. If four 20min sets are done, use heat for the first 10 minutes of the first 2 sets. This is to allow the tissues to cool in the extended state, further use of heat will make the tissues more likely to return to their original size. Do not hot wrap after the hanging sessions.”

What do you guys think about that?
