What counts as a rep of jelq

When I’ve been jelqing I’ve always thought that one stroke with one hand was one jelq.
On another forum one wrote that one jelq was strokes with BOTH hands. Is that right?

If so, the 3 sec/jelq, does that mean 3 sec total for both hands?

Each hand stroke, from base to just before your head is a ‘rep’ (repetition) and they should last at least over 2 seconds, just keep it slow and consistent. So to clarify 1 stroke with 1 hand is 1 rep, when you use your other hand it’s 2 then using the other hand is 3 etc

Is this the way you do it or is this in the newbie routine? (Can’t find anything about it.)

Hmm, according to Pegym a “v-jelq” is made in three directions.
So 100 v-jelqs is 300 strokes..

Is there no standard?

1 stroke= 1 jelq. Simple.

How about v-jelqs then?
