Just wondered what can clamping actually do to a newbie who hasn’t conditioned himself?

I hear lots of people saying don’t do it unless you’ve been PEing for 4months etc

But what I have never heard is why?

It might fall off.

Because if your penis is not ready for the amount of strain and pressure being applied to it, it can cause some pretty bad damage to it.

Conditioning is essential for Newbies. There is plenty of empirical evidence of Newbies hurting themselves badly (tissue and blood vessel damage in particular) by diving straight into things like clamping, pumping etc.

If you start clamping right away, the force and pressure that the clamp puts out on your unit will bruise it badly, and that color does not go away. Your erections may become weak. Definitely jelq for at least a month first. Clamping creates good girth gains. However, clamping and jelqing creates far greater gains than each done alone.

Clamping seems to be easy and simple to do, but DON’T try it for now. Trust me, it is very dangerous.
