Sorry for my first reply I hit enter on accident. I wanted add to the newbie forum something I do when I’m short of time. I Do my stretching routine well I take a shower in the morning and later at night. I found out the water from the shower does not take away from your grip. And the warm up is done well you bath anyway. Also I do my dry jelq routine in the shower too. It sounds funny saying the dry jelq routine because your getting wet. You could call it the shower jelq. Just remember it’s the same motion as the a dry jelq.

Well I hope this helps for any one short on time.

stanner, a lot of people do their routine in the shower, including me, and a dry jelq is just a jelq without lubrication.
