Yes, you MAY gain faster, but you will never receive those small slow gains that come from less intense, noob routines. It’s like lost time, you will never get it back. In conclusion, be very patient.

I sorta have been, 6months in I think I’m gradually gaining still with not a very intense work out.

I don’t know if I can agree with that entirely. I went as intense as I could, asap, while staying safe and uninjured. The newbie routine is good to get started and be able to do the more intense exercises without injury. It’s also good to get to know your penis again, and find out what works for you. But I gained 2 inches in a relatively short period of time, and only lost maybe a quarter inch over a few years without P.E.

It would be impossible to compare because everyone is unique in their response to PE. And you don’t get a chance to do it twice from the “beginning”.

Also, I never stopped gaining quickly with my intense exercises. I stopped because it was too big for the girl I was dating. We recently broke up, and so I’m back in the PE game.

I’m with stumpy on this one. Do the newbie routine for at least a couple three months. NEWBIE GAINS ARE GREAT!

theskyisthelimit - How the HECK did you get from 4.5 inches girth to 5.75 inches girth? Because that is where I started, and that is where I would like to be.

I have a horrible memory but I think I slowed length gains when I added extra exercises. The newbie routine is the best, find your magic number of jelqs and you’ll grow.

I agree, one should always up intensity with time and when adding more intensity is not possible, then add time. For example, do 20 min of wet jeqls and slowly work your way to 20 min of jelq squeezes and then slowly increase the time. You will save time. If you have 4hrs a day to pull on your dick, then go intense from the beginning.

I agree with stumpy1.For example, when you first start playing basketball you learn how to dribble and shoot first before you can do fancy moves.Maybe not a good example lol but I tried.

I did the newbie routine for almost 3 months and got almost nothing from it. As soon as I introduced other exercises and increased intensity I started gaining. PE is not a sport. It’s not a training. It’s not even an exercise.

PE IS BODY MODIFICATION. THE RULES OF OTHER DISCIPLINES DO NOT APPLY HERE. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT :D

It’s not the same for everyone. I did the newbie routine for only a month and I gained 0.5 inch and I’m gonna say that it’s pretty fast. So it is not always newbie routine=slow gains nor advance routine=fast gains. However, no matter how simple the newbie routine was, I still ended up injured so I lost all my gains now from the long period of rest. Haay, too bad.

Tweaking, you said you gained almost nothing. I can use almost no gains right now. Also, PE is not a sport, but the penis is a body part; and body parts benefit most from periodization. Think about martial artist and MMA fighters. They don’t just start kicking lead shot heavy bags hundreds of times a day. Nor do they break concrete blocks a week into training. They attack less rigid structures, which cause micro fractures in there shins and other limbs. Over time these micro fractures heal harder and thicker. Eventually, they are ready for pain free shin kicks and ecetera. Yes, the penis is different; but just like the shin, if you ease into intense training, injury will become virtually non-existant.

I think a lot of the newbie gains are really due to EQ improvement. Before starting PE I have never really witnessed my piece at 100%. Now that my EQ is through the roof It is actually bigger. I think the newbie routine not only conditions your penis for tougher exercises and raises EQ but also gives you a great foundation of knowledge of your own body language to start these advanced exercises. Now having this foundation and knowing how your penis reacts you can actually understand your negative and positive PI’s a whole lot better. Say you tend to overwork your piece, you relax and rehabilitate then use that knowledge to get you back to 100% to further continue your previous workouts.
