Warm Up & Kegel?
So lately I’ve been trying something new.
During my warm up before and after my jelqing exercise I do kegel exercises simultaneously.
First, I wrap my penis in a warm cloth for about 5 minute . During that time, I perform kegels in increments of 5-20 seconds for the 5 minute warmup. It seems to be working fine, but is this a good idea? Or should I perform each one separately?
