So lately I’ve been trying something new.

During my warm up before and after my jelqing exercise I do kegel exercises simultaneously.

First, I wrap my penis in a warm cloth for about 5 minute . During that time, I perform kegels in increments of 5-20 seconds for the 5 minute warmup. It seems to be working fine, but is this a good idea? Or should I perform each one separately?

I don’t see why those two should be split up. If you can combine them to win time, that’s no problem.

You kan kegel as well when you sit straight in a chair (for example behind a desk). Do it for 5 minutes as a small break during working hours. It’s relaxing.

* 7 July 2015 (start): BPEL 17 cm (6.7") / EG 13 cm (5.1")

* 6 december 2015 (latest): BPEL: 18.7 cm (7.4") / EG 13.6 cm (5.4")
