I have used the jelq method only! For quite some time now. To start with I always used to use the warm up before and after the wet jelq method.
But 3 years have passed since I discovered the jelq method and I have had many big pauses in between and have never used the method more than 3 weeks straight, and it did give me good results(up to 2 cm, and bigger head).
Now for my question: When I made the jelq I was just to tired to make the wet towel warm up, so I always just skipped the warm up . I have never had any pain or nothing like that after the exercise or any sign of damage, only some red spots the first days I did the exercise after a big pause, that went away after 2 days(and that should be very normal after what I’ve heard)
But I’m kinda scared now, could it have had any bad effects on my penis that I can’t see`?when something is damaged I should feel some kinda of pain or see some bad effects?
Well, that’s my question, could I have had something damaged in my penis having done the jelq without using the warm up?
I always slapped my dick gently at my legs, a warm up that was recommended some places, and give it a little masage sometimes.
Since then I have never had any problems,but I’m still scared, should I just stop worrying about that?
