Well, I haven’t kegeled in about a month, and while I was doing them, I was having great, long flaccid length. This is great for the self esteem, at least in my case. Now, my penis hides in fear from the outside world, if it could could turtle itself into nothing, well, it would.

Now, I must inform you, that I am not 100% sure that not kegeling has caused my severe reduction in flaccid length. During the same period, I slowed down PE, and I am still not at full speed. However, I would figure that over time, my flaccid length would have increased a little bit but it has not. Also, no more morning woods. I just rely on a cock ring right now for hardness. I’m about 95% sure that for a longer flaccid length, do kegels if you are not doing them and want a longer flaccid length.

Why not try stretching for increased flaccid length? Jay-stretch helps flaccid length. Kegels might temporarily increase a flaccid length for a short time. Why not just do your usual workout and increase both your erect length and erect girth? Just doing your normal workout for increase EL AND EG can also have a benefit in increasing your flaccid :)

Why not realize that kegels are a PE fundamental? Doing a daily regimen of them is just all around beneficial for penile health.

They aren’t hard to do, can be done anywhere and can broken up over the course of a day.

I do them when commuting.

I think the other stetching suggestions are perfectly good.

But don’t eliminate Kegels. It’s a mistake.
