Ok guys, I have done PE, mainly hanging since June something like that. Anyways, I have moved to hanging quite quickly, and have also exhausted my BTC stretch, (all I feel now is the stretching in my skin). I have posted a threat regarding this to which Monty and a few others posted.

I have gained a great deal from hanging and I am now adjusting to reduce my weight but increase my reps and duration but my main concern is my flaccid length.

I am roughly 8x6 now, but my flaccid length is the same, in fact, my NBEL is still the same! (Yes, I am measuring correctly and consistently)
As I am 6” EG, I don’t want girth gains, simply length gains, how do I increase/enhance my flaccid length and my NBPEL?

Ive heard pumping my help, but I dont want to use more equipment.

So any help would be appreciated.

I suggest an ADS for flaccid gains. Doing a search on ADS will give you some ideas of the types of ADS’s out there.
Being 8x6 has got to feel good. After reading your stats and routine I would say that you have experienced extremely rapid gains. Not to be doubting or nosey but do you have starting and current pictures? If you do you could be the poster boy for PE.
I myself do not have pictures with ruler. I did take some before shots with a polaroid (spelling?) but again no ruler.
In your routine you say,”usually hang for 30 mins, the single session, i only do it on occasion, when i have the urge to hang.”
This supports a less is more approach that I think few here are subscribing to. The way I understand it you hang one session for 30 minutes every now and then and you gained 1/2 inch in a month. At this rate you will be the next Mandingo!

I know it sounds weird, but I have used a lot of weight in the past (9kg or 19 pounds?), not sure about the conversion. I used to do a lot of BTC before, until I couldn’t feel a great deal from it. So now I aim at the tunica doing SO and OTS later on.
Problem is that I have erect gains, but no flaccid gains or NBP gains, so I am confused. The ruler isnt lying, but the isn’t much change visually, but it does feel better!

I’ve realised that I over train on the single session, (it can become too painful, I have discolouration and sensation issues now) and that’s why I do single sessions and why I’m going to reduce my weight and increase my reps from now on.

With my measurements, I tend to estimate, as it can be difficult to maintain erections long enough to do a proper measure, so they are rough estimates, but I am defiantly 8x6 now, wasn’t sure about 7.5x6.

So you suggest an ADS for flaccid gains?
What can I do for NBP gains?

I think flaccid size is only good for two things.

1. To show off at the urinals. :urinal:

2. If your into the nudist camp scene. :jelq:

Also for flaccid size take L-Arginine. You can buy 1 lb of powder for around $25 on the internet. I mix it with pre-sweetened powder drinks. Take 1/2 teaspoon 2 or 3 times a day. It allows the penis to hold more blood while flaccid therefore hanging lower. You will also have harder erections and will have better morning wood which I think will help to create permanent flaccid gains.

Question, are your erections hard to the touch? I ask this because maybe your tissues are more elastin than collagen. That could explain your gains and your “grower” vs. “shower” penis type. Do you ever get a rock hard erection?

I did not read this site in detail but I have read other sites. It has the same effect as Viagra. I started buying it from Walmart in capsule form but that was way more expensive than the 1 lb of powder deal on the web.

Believe me I think the myth about pumping has been busted when I read that a guy here had pumped for years and gained nothing. IMHO the only thing pumping is good for is exact measuring of length. (you can’t cheat in the tube)

As far as flaccid length goes I agree with the other guys it really is a waste of effort. Not that your flaccid wont increase but to what end or good is flaccid length. Take your pants off and go outside in the cold and see what happens to your flaccid. Flaccid length is relative and I think genetics has a great deal to do with whether or not flaccid will become part of your make-up. I think like other guys have observed, your either a shower or a grower. That doesn’t mean you cant have nice long dong but it may be something that’s only shared in private with your lady. Some guys gain enough penis volume to have a perpetual full flaccid but that comes after a long time of devoted PE’ing. The same thing applies to ball sack stretching. Now there is a waste of time if there ever was one because for those of you who don’t know it no matter how much you may stretch your ball sack your body is still going to regulate your testicle temperature by drawing up when cold and stretching out when hot. I have to disagree about flaccid being a waste of time. I think that women get excited over an nice hanger.

Make sure to trim your pubic hair so that you are not covering up an inch or so of flaccid cock. I watched a DVD the other day: Kinsey - Let’s Talk about Sex. They showed a guys wanker with a full fluff of pubic hair. Looked caveman-ish. (Not to insult any cavemen out there). I mean all there was amounted to a cigar butt on a brillow pad. When my wife saw that I am sure she thought of how nice my flaccid looks in comparison. Because of PE and I believe specifically hanging/ADS I do not turtle up in the cool air.

Well..see Kinsey’s lab was probably cold also or maybe he was embarrassed. In those days if someone wanted to take a picture of you it was very unusual. Besides conservatism dictated that you would picture a very average or below guy so you didn’t make anyone who read or saw his stuff feel bad. Today? Before you finish the question we would have our pants down and stretching to put on the best we have.

There are two distinct times when we turtle up, one is when we urinate: I’ll lose an inch of flaccid while urinating. Two is when you get cold: the body just protects things by shortening and pulling up. Actually there is a third and it is during any atheletic activities, the body will protect again by shortening and pulling up.

Does that mean that some will not shorten due to our deliberate disablement of our ligament crimps? Sure but for the most part we will turtle some.

HI GUY: Older fella in Texas, been hangin almost a yr on steady routine , up to 21#s , 3- 20 min sesseions, just started something new, after I do my heavy sets, its called Thegrip.com, has a phone # and Al Tucker is very knowledgeable and helpful, I put on after my sets and hot shower, it attaches to your penis like a condum and hook on end which connects to your leg, to keep penis lightly streched out, I watch TV for 2 1/2 -3 hrs then remove, go to bed ,after the first week hangin longer.
