Hey guys, unfortunately I’ve not been sticking to my P.E routine lately (lots of other responsibilities at the moment), and my EQ has decreased, and any BPEL gains I made have gone.
I acquired some velcro bands the other day, and started wondering if, coupled with some soft material and weights, these could make an easy-on ADS. I’ve never tried all-day stretching before, despite P.E’ing, on and off, for almost a year. Have velcro ADS been made before, and is using it a good idea?
