used to feel fatigue/disconfort, not anymore. why?

so it has been like 6 weeks or more I got back to my stretches and I stretch 1h a day everyday in sets like 20-10-10-5-5-10 (min), streches: BTC sitting down the toilet at both sides(3-5 min hold), Astretch(1-2 min hold), Vstretch (1 min hold) and SD (1-2 min hold) to both sides. I also jelq everyday like 6-12 minuts and I have been jelqing for almost 1 year now.

I begun feeling no disconfort at the ligs bt in the 4th week while doing BTC towards my right tigh I felt great disconfort that got me stopping stretching and lowering the intensity, then I did Vstretch towards the righ as well and the feeling was a bit frightening, I just kept at it and got used to it in a few days. the disconfort was harder on the right side but there was some disconfort if I streched toward the left side. I could stretch SD (middle, no side, just down) as hard as I wanned anyways. is like the suspensory lig is so thick in the middle.

So it has been like almost two weeks I dont feel any fatigue/discofort anymore no matter how hard I stretch. Why dont I feel it anymore and I can stretch as hard as I can now? Am I overtrainign stretching and jelqing everyday? My PI arent bad but it is true that they arent improving much.

I don’t think you need to feel defined fatigue or discomfort to progress with PE. You may have achieved a higher threshold but be cautious about overdoing it and getting a mild sprain.

OK. I’ll stick to my routine of stretching. The discomfort I used to feel was hard but I could cope with it if I lowered the force a little and it was even enjoyable. So strange I don’t feel it anymore, not even stretching with all my stretgh

Not everyday, made that mistake when I was 15 and didn’t believe PE worked and lived my life complacently. Now i’m in college and mad about it. I couldn’t message you back because your inbox was full -_-.

I wonder other all day stretchers think like cantlook and monochrome

Quim92 extenders don’t use as much force as pulling with your hands in general . When doing manual stretches your gonna need rest days. You been steady at it for 6 weeks now , in my opinion take 2 weeks off and let your unit heal, its not going to shrink in that time period. And when you start back more than likely its going to stretch farther, but you gotta let it rest.

I meant jelq. I wouldn’t do so everyday, i’m weirded out that i’m doing 2/on, but everyone seems to so I I don’t see why not.

Yeah kegels for sure. Gl on your stretching journey, I suppose thats all we’re really doing is stretching(contemplation).

Quim92 , you know Tonythatyga , he was a hanger he just posted in this thread ,why don’t you ask him how much he gained, and how long he hanged for, and what weight he worked himself up to? My quess is he is about your age?

Yeah, I almost brought attention to the possible slow pace of growth via traction, but I saw that he was jelqing. Jelqing and traction seems to be ideal.

Yeah tony. I know you gained hanging just o.2 . but what was the weight you reached? And what time and hanger?

Just keep doing what you was doing and stretch as far as possible but not rip your part off ..

Some people tell me to rest. I’m curious why do you think I should stick at it
