25lbs, 3 hours a day with the malehanger. Out of disbelief, I blame it on the wrap I was using which was from some random exercise band lol.

If by fatigue you mean pain yes. I did things my own way and the way I did it was based off the thought that the more pain I felt the more damage I was doing to my body. When I felt pain or fatigue or whatever, I took it for as long as I could. Would feel twinges of pain throughout the day. I hung extremely, as if it were working out. So extremely in fact that i’ve concluded that hanging is completely safe unless you’re doing BTC on an unstable platform(almost fell sometimes), because I hung like a lb below too heavy. I imagine if id’ve taken rest days or atleast a few more id’ve gained more :( . Gained .2 from 7 months of manual lig stretching, then .2 in my first month out of five of hanging and I guess I plateud out. This jelq routine I was doing suppose to just be an decon break but i’m going to just keep plateauing on with PE methods until i’m done. But yes I felt lots of fatigue/pain because I thought it was very important to gain, and I gained from pain before hanging.

Well I should have done it like that I suppose. My theory proved not to work as well as I thought it would have. I imagine myself hanging again at some point, perhaps i’ll try it that way next time.

you mean you were preconditioned cuz you tried stretching and other manuals? I always thought those who gained the most hanging did try hanging as a first experience, but I guess if you take a decon break there’s no problem

Well yeah, it was a pretty hardcore btc lig stretch. I took some gloves and stretched my ligs with my arms behind my back, basically an BTC stretch.. The tip was around my anus. And i’m pretty strong. Benching 315. Usually 42 minutes, if I tired out just paused the timer. I hope so just incase I ever want to go back to it, though if I ever hang i’d be giving free weight SO a try. Jelq device comes 2day :>
