Kind of new to PE, I am uncircumsized and I was wondering if it is possible to do this? When I first tried it it seems like you have to push the blood to the tip of the penis, but whenever I do this my foreskin gets in the way. I don’t want my skin to get bigger, but my wiener, am I even doing it right? Can someone post a video or something on how to do it with an uncut penis?
Yes of course it is possible to gain with an uncut penis. There are videos with instructions out there. Please look at them before you start any exercises to avoid any injuries. The exercise that your describing is called jelqing. That one of many exercises out there. Please look at the newbie instructions now. Good luck
