Uli's and base girth
Hi,
I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a good few months now. I’m gaining nicely so I haven’t done any advanced exercises yet. I’ve gone from ~6” NBPEL, ~5.5 EG to ~7 NBPEL, 5.7 EG.
I added in an extra day to the routine so it’s now 3 days on 1 off.
I really want to increase my base girth though! It’s not as thick as my mid-shaft. My penis is thin just below glands (about 5.3”) then it’s really thick mid-shaft (about 5.7”) then it gets thin again at the base (about 5.4” or so).
My question is: Will Uli’s thicken my base at all ? Is it worth throwing in a couple of sets to my routine or just leave it ?
My routine is the newbie routine as stated before:
5min warm-up
10minutes stretch
30minutes jelq
5min warm-down
While I’m here, could I increase my stretch time ? Will it make a difference or is 10minutes the max. Time ?
