I’ve found that Uli’s are great for working girth and I can easily get to ~6” at the end of a workout. However, this girth is limited to the front half of my dick while the base remains relatively thin. In short, I have a baseball bat after workouts, but would like to avoid having this permanently.

What have you found most effective for base girth?

Hi Tug, I agree with Dino in that hanging is the best method for increasing base girth. If you don’t hang or just want an alternative, scrotum or BTB Horse440s are probably it.

This seems so counter intuative, but many people say hanging works. Building a Wench (courtesy of the good captn’s instructions) is probably the way to go. Many have also stated that hanging can increase overall girth by up to 0.5”. Is this true? If so, hanging may be all I need to get to my final girth/length goal.

I must say that it’s tough staying consistant. I admit I’ve been spotty the past month much to my shame. Manual stretching and Uli’ing for one hour per day is tough work. I suspect hanging will make it easier, as gravity will do most of the work. Currently, one of my girl-friend’s comments toward her mate’s penis got me back onto the PE train. When comparing his dick to some toys she has, I estimate that he’s a healthy 6” of girth. The toys look MASSIVE. Even when I measure the same 6” on me, I don’t feel that I’m even close. Perhaps I suffer from dickerexia nervosa. Either that, or my dick is so far from my head that it ‘appears’ smaller.

I’m sure I gained some basegirth from hanging too, but the most probably came from when I started with extreme uli’s +0.5” and when I started with extreme horses +0.4”.

I gained an inch of base girth by doing dry jelqs with 95% erection.

Always listening to what their member is saying while massaging it gently and singing to it with a soft voice. If it is moody and not happy with new behavior, they always listen and are very understanding."

A great way to work on base girth is to use erect bends focused on this area.

With between 90-100% erection use one hand to push the penis in a certain direction without bending it. Make an Okay sign with your opposite hand around the base. Use your hand around the base to pull in the other direction. You can almost push your penis all the way flat against your body in whichever direction you happen to be pushing. Keep your opposite hand at the base, flush against your abdomen. This works like an erect bend specifically targeting the base. You will also feel the penis stretch at the base. For example, use your right hand to pull your erect penis to the right . Use the index finger of your left to pull at the base. You will feel the left chamber being stretched and I believe this kind of stress helps to free some of the inner penis. Just make sure to give equal attention to bending in both directions.

Hey Tug! I’m very new to hanging and haven’t put in many hours yet but I definitely notice the base of my dick getting thicker.

I forgot to mention. My overall flacid length and girth seems to be bigger these days and more consistent. I’ve only been hanging for the last two weeks and have been doing no jelquing because of a small scratch on my dick that is taking forever to heal.

I will be measuring this Monday to determine if my eyes are playing tricks on me or not.

Quick question: How does one gain base girth from Uli’s or Horses? I was under the impression that these exercises required grip at the base of the penis, thus at best one could expect girth on the lower shaft, but not the very base. Perhaps I’ve been doing them wrong?

I’m so excited by your progress. I’m part show and part function. Translation: Part of me wishes to grow my dick to look a certain way, and the other part of me grows it for the functionality that comes with a big dick. That being said, increased flacid length is a big plus.

I’m going to have to pay the hanger’s forum a visit!

It’s not something I can explain however my basegirth went up from 6.0” to 6.2” from doing a routine of uli’s and erect bending, from 6.2” to 6.7” from doing extreme uli’s and from 6.7” to 7.1” from extreme horses. Especially my CS at the base increased.

Since I cannot measure yet, this is strictly an observation. Although my shaft seems to be getting thicker, the very first centimeter of shaft by the fat pad, precisely where I squeeze when doing jelq/uli, seems to actually be getting thinner. Could all the squeezing possibly do this?

Tug, I think pumping is the only “real” cure for this, regular pumpers have thick dicks…check the Data page.

Good Lord, Piet! You’ve got a fat one! 7.1” at the base is massive and far larger than I’m looking for! I’m around 5.5” and at a solid 6” (or slightly over) I would be very satisfied. I will try extreme Uli’s, extreme horses, bends and hanging to increase my girth. How long did all of this take you?

Well, I constructed my captn’s wench (hanging device) last night and gave it a small test run this morning (waiting for the adhesive to set). It cost me only $40CDN (after tax) for the materials (Canadian Tire, baby) _INCUDING_ 2x5lb weights. All of the materials were enough to make two hangers, so a friend and I constructed two of them meaning the entire device only cost me $20CDN. It’s going to be a great christmas.

I can’t believe it took me this long to hang. Gravity does ALL of the work! I can literally apply the same pressure that I do with my hands without constantly losing grip. Also, because I’m not getting fatigued, I’m not limited to a 30 minute stretch session. Since I’m a student, I can literally set aside 3 hours each and every day to hang (if I wanted to). Since I’ve already seen gains from manual stretching, it’s only logical to expect more with hanging. Even if all I get is increased flaccid sizes, I’ll be one happy camper.

My next step is hanging education. I’ve set foot in the hanger’s forum perhaps twice, so it’s a new expereince; almost like discovering PE for the first time all over again.

Do you hang or are you a strictly manual kinda guy?

I don’t think that squeezing will make your dick thinner, but I do suspect that the squeezed area will not experience as much (if any) growth due to lack of outward pressure. I noticed that I get the baseball bat effect when I Uli. My problem is that it’s hard for me to grip very close to the base, so the upper half of my dick swells, but the lower half remains unchanged. Hopefully the kind advice supplied by Thunder’s finest, will help cure this problem. Perhaps you should try these things also…

Pumping is not an option for me right now, though I’m sure i’ll likely try it if I see no progress in a year or two. I’m confident that I can increase my girth by 0.5” to 0.75” with the above methods. Hell, with Uli’s alone, I am usually my desired 6” after each workout.

I’m not sure when exactly I started with the first girth routine mentioned but probably in the end of july. I never tried to increase basegirth it just happened. My midgirth went up from 5.4” to 5.9” in that time.

Btw I squeeze/clamp as low to the base as possible.

I think one of my reasons for girth is the ability to proudly buy a pack of Magnum XL condoms. I would make sure as many people were looking as possible! Part of this monster I’m growing is for functionality, but another part is for exhibition. With hanging and your routine, I’ll reach my goal!
