Trying To Plan A routine

Hi guys. I’ve lurked a lot and posted a little over the years but have lacked any consistency with enlargement or foreskin restoration and I’m trying to get my act together.

Right now my idea is to plan for a 15 to 25 minute session in the mornings when I’m the only one up before I shower or after if it works better. What parts of the newbie routine would give me the most bang for my available time to work?

Thanks. I guess I can use the shower as a warm up or hot at the end and save another five minutes so it’s about 20 min overall. I guess the kegels can be done anytime can’t they?

Not the ideal to warm up in the shower, but is better than nothing. If you can, switch to more effective warm up methods.

Yes, but closely controlled. Over doing kegels could easily drop your EQ.

Thanks useless, I’m happy overall with it but I like to be a bit of an exhibitionist so I’d like to see if PE can add to my flaccid hang size. I think more weight loss should help that as well.
