Trouble with length

Hey guys,

I’ve been doing pe for about 2 months, manuel stretches and jelqs. Surprisingly I’ve actually gained in girth (4.9 to 5.1)!

However I’m struggling with length. When I first started my penis would feel like it had been through a workout when I was done. Now I don’t feel anything even though I pull very hard when stretching (and hold each stretch for about 30s). If anyone has any tips for a better length workout please share!!

I would keep the newbie routine and invest in a good ADS. Or I would recommend a Vac hanger starting out at about 1lb an hour or so a day. I would start there.

Keep it at 1lb for 1 hour a day until gains stagnate for about 6 weeks then up it half a pound at a time.

You don’t have to feel anything. Differs from person to person.

I for one don’t feel anything directly after I let go of my stretch, but I did make some gains until now.

I’m in 3 months and gained around 1cm.

Has anybody tried hanging?

What is a good technique to avoid skin injury to the shaft when hanging weight on the unit?

Increase the amount of stretching time, that should help. You don’t have to pull as hard as you can, that’s a good way to injure yourself. The smartest thing to do is pull as lightly as possible, but still enough to achieve maximum gains. Pulling any harder than that will only cause faster toughening of tissue, i.e. more time and intensity needed for growth. Figuring that out takes time and that’s up to you. Start hanging only when stretching sessions become too long or stop giving gains. Don’t waste the potential of manual exercises.
