Totally new to pumping

Totally new to pumping

Hi everyone! I am honestly a real newbie pumper. I recently bought my first pump about 4 days ago and I have been following the “newbie routine” as best as I can. My question was that after I pump and press the release valve my guy goes back to the normal size I always am, as in everything that happens in the pump goes away almost immediately. Am I not pumping correctly?, wrong cylinder size?(mine has a gauge)also can post the link if anyone is curious. I am honestly totally appreciative of any help that you guys can give. Also sorry if this has been posted before, I tried to find it in the threads myself but guess I’m not as computer savvy as I thought!! Haha Thanks Gents!

Have you completed the newbie routine? Pumping isn’t recommended until all newbie gains have ceased.

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

You will have to fill the cylinder when pumped till you can’t fit in then you move up to +0.25 cylinder. Otherwise it is dangerous.

Listen to Titleist. Do the newbie routine for a few months (3-6 I guess) first before you even start thinking about pumping. Check your gains, condition your unit.

This is a long term operation- a few minutes of pumping a day won’t bring results.

Your dick should quickly return to normal when you first start pumping. Once your dick is conditioned, you can pump for longer sessions (over 20 minutes and at a higher level of vacuum > 5 hg) which will generate some excess edema which will remain in your dick for a few hours before dissipating. However, if you generate too much edema, your dick will look distorted and you could cause damage.

As with all PE exercises, start slow and increase time and intensity slowly and let your PIs/EQ be your guide.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I think pumping is designed to stretch parts of you that are not fully stretched yet. The newbie routine and the gains you’ll get will fully stretch your ligaments and other parts of you as well as condition you somewhat. A pump by design seems to stretch parts of you past their limits bit by bit. So.. You should get conditioned closer to your limit before working the pump.

This is my opinion though. I haven’t written the book on PE and pumping. I just know that when I did it early on I got NOTHING, not even temporary gains. Now, it seems to do a lot more.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Wow gents!! I greatly appreciate all the information!! Ok I get it now, I’ll start with the newbie routine! But when I read the routine I think it said for 6weeks, but you guys recommend that I do the routine for 3-6 months? Just want to do it the correct way, cause if my guy get damaged my GF will kill me! Haha.. Also I have a Utimi gauge pump (bought if of Amazon), is that ok of a pump? I can post a link if you guys needed to see it.. Thanks for the help

Post a link, because Utimi gauge pump does not work in Amazon search.

Personally I think 6 weeks with the newbie would be enough with the exception being, that if you are making gains at 6 weeks with the newbie, you should keep doing what works. When you do switch to pumping, you have to start off nice and slow, but we can get to specifics when you are ready to pump.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

The good thing about your pump is that it has a gauge. The bad things are that I don’t think that pump will last very long, and in the future you should avoid cylinders that come with a rubber sleeve on the end. When that pump craps out, you can upgrade to a Leluv setup:

Just checked out your growth stats, damn nice! Especially that girth

I actually ordered a different cylinder that doesn’t have a rubber sleeve at the end of it! I also have a better pump that my GF has for herself, and lucky enough for me the pump works on my new cylinder! I’m gonna knock out that newbie now that I have all the info I need.
