Hi everyone just a question does anyone know how to prolong ejaculation for long.I think I got a problem I cum too quick.Please help any suppliments or medicine that can help? I know all members are very experienced and I am confident I will get a gud way out of this problem

Do kegels and practice edging. You can search both, there’s a million threads about these two.

I am a rookie too, and I had that problem too, and what really helped me was visualization exercise’s used in conjunction with proper breathing techniques, and kegals. What I noticed was that I would get REALLY EXCITED, and that would make me ejaculate VERY QUICKLY. So needless to say my love life was not exactly what you would call spectacular. So how I would Conquer this was to 1. Focus on my breathing while I was having sex. This would let me focus on something ELSE than the Great FEELINGS and SENSATIONS that were going on in my PENIS. 2. I would DO KEGALS (the exercise that pumps blood into penis/stops flow of urine).

I.E. While having sex take two breaths per thrust, and every FOUR STOKES, do a kegal (hold for one second). 3. When I felt that I was reaching THE POINT OF NO RETURN, I would visualize something totally UN-sexual, while concentrating on my breathing and my kegals. THIS IS JUST WHAT I WOULD DO In no way is it meant to be exactly what you need. The only way that you can know what is right for you is to experiment and find out for yourself.

Also I found that especially when my woman was about to orgasm, due to the convulsions of her vaginal muscles (and the fact that she was wailing like a banshee) it would push me over the edge, and make me cum before she would fully orgasm.

Two breaths per thrust? Kegal every four strokes? In my opinion, not only is this not necessary, but it’s probably counterproductive. You’re counting repetitions and thinking about your penis instead of enjoying the experience. In the chance that this technique does work, you’re probably going to look like a robot to the girl. Great, you lasted 5 more minutes, but you’re not enjoying the experience, which results in your partner not enjoying the experience as much.

I do like your other suggestions though. Kegels of course help you increase your stamina. Breathing is also VERY important. Don’t take short, shallow breaths. You want to be breathing manually in a relaxed manner.

You have to realize that lasting longer is not only a physical problem, but also a mental/psychological problem. If all you’re thinking about is ejaculating and you’re thrusting away and being nervous, you won’t last long. However, if you have control over yourself and really put your mind to it, you can last longer. When you reach your PONR, kegel HARD, relax for a little, and keep on going. If you practice this, you will eventually last longer.

I too find Kegels DURING sex counterproductive for staying power. Only at PONR a single hard Kegel hold long enough may help, if you are trained for that.

I always try to find a balance between enjoying sex and being in control not getting too excited.

Have a bucket of ice water with plenty of ice cubes in it, every time you want to cum, stick three in your mouth and then keep plugging away!
