Two breaths per thrust? Kegal every four strokes? In my opinion, not only is this not necessary, but it’s probably counterproductive. You’re counting repetitions and thinking about your penis instead of enjoying the experience. In the chance that this technique does work, you’re probably going to look like a robot to the girl. Great, you lasted 5 more minutes, but you’re not enjoying the experience, which results in your partner not enjoying the experience as much.
I do like your other suggestions though. Kegels of course help you increase your stamina. Breathing is also VERY important. Don’t take short, shallow breaths. You want to be breathing manually in a relaxed manner.
You have to realize that lasting longer is not only a physical problem, but also a mental/psychological problem. If all you’re thinking about is ejaculating and you’re thrusting away and being nervous, you won’t last long. However, if you have control over yourself and really put your mind to it, you can last longer. When you reach your PONR, kegel HARD, relax for a little, and keep on going. If you practice this, you will eventually last longer.
