Hey Guys and Gals,

Anyone know how to get your ejaculate to “shoot” out rather than just dribble out? I have used the squeeze technique before and this has helped on occasion, but I would like to know how I can have a Peter North climax all the time, or at least most of the time. Thanks

What about your diet? What food do you consume to bring up more fluids in your body?

I take pineapple juice a lot. Codfish pills, honey. I don’t drink soda either. After all that I have a big load to shoot.

I think it is mostly genetic. I have been a dribbler my whole life. It is more like a lava flow, and rarely shoots in the air. Even when I was 16 (I am 44 now).

Logically, shooting would have to be related to the strength of contraction, the volume of fluid in the gland, viscosity of the fluid, how much and how quickly that gland squeezes, and also the dimensions of your gland and tubing.

Fluid traveling through a smaller tube travels at a higher velocity.

Viscous fluid travels more slowly.

A rapid contraction will generate more pressure.

A more complete contraction will generate more pressure.

Although you could theoretically strengthen your contractions by doing Kegels, and increase your fluid volume through diet, supplements, and abstenence, in my experience there is not much real gain to be made.

Those guys that squirt giant loads through the air just were born with plumbing that is set up to do so, in my opinion.

I kind of agree with that and the rest.

But in cases where one used to be a shooter, then went to lava flow (great expression; I live in Hawaii), Kegel exercises can help a lot to get you back to shooting. Good BC muscle strength can increase force, even through wider tubing.

Have to agree with Avocet on the Kegels and PC work being effective. Definitely noticed a difference in shooting farther after I began doing PC exercises.

In my experience, the intensity, or should I say velocity of the ejaculate is directly proportional to the quality of the erection and the length of time stimulating before ejaculation. I believe if you were to strengthen your erectile ability and use kegels to lengthen your sexual session, your ejaculation would be proportionally strengthened.

One way to get these stronger erections would be to keep your penis in the extended state for prolonged periods with the help of an ads. Also, you may want to try abstaining for about a week to give your body a chance to get fully built up.

road hogg has a good point. I know for me, it really comes down to intensity of the
stimulation for the given “experience”, mostly time. Also, if I’ve had a lot of water that
day, I’ll get more spurts, if I’m dehydrated, just dribble. Length of time since last
ejaculation is a factor as well, of course.

As for kegels as an exercise to increase trajectory, I don’t get it. I know that having
a strong PC muscle can help me to hold it in if I want to last longer, but how do I
use it to shoot farther?

Kegels definitely help. Eating better helps. Also (oddly), ejaculating less seems to help as well.

I recently laid off jacking it for over a week, and when I finally did the deed there was so much cum, there wasn’t enough places it could go. I’m usually a shooter/dribbler combo, but after a week of no jackz0r, it shot like there was no tomorrow. There was even some hanging from the ceiling when I was through.

Dunno if this helps at all but maybe laying off sex for a lil bit will help give your buddy the pick up and go he’s lacking. =)

Laying off sex…not really an option, but laying off ejaculation, that’s something I am working on.
Once I went without sex of any sort for about 10 days, when I finally had some time alone to play
in my bed, I could not believe how many ropes of cum came out.

I eat pretty well, and drink a lot of water when I can, but I’m tired or stressed out, forget about
huge loads.

This is a subject that has had my interest for a while. I began as a dribbler, but did some things to correct that problem. Here is my experience.

- I did PE for a 6 month stretch (no pun intended), then took a hiatus and am beginning again. (I saw a .3/.4” gain in 6 months.) My routine consisted of a jelq-kegel combination. I would jelq up to 90-100% erect, then allow my erection to “cool off” while kegeling. Once the erection was into the 70-80% range, I would continue jelqing, then back to kegeling, etc. This allowed me to really develop the PC muscle (I felt that “bouncing” my semi-hard erection with the kegel strengthened it better than doing kegels in the car, in front of computer, in meetings, etc.)

- I adjusted my diet to include more fruits and vegetables, and went easy on the meat.

- I also built up to a zinc, l-arginine, and lecitin cocktail every day in addition to a multivitamin, by adding supplements individually over time to see what sort of effect they would have.

- I increased my water intake to about 3-4 litres a day.

Here is what I noticed regarding my ability to shoot semen:

- The kegels began to have an effect on distance after about 4 weeks. my formerly dribbling load, (or at most a single shot of about an inch, then dribbles) began to spurt 3-4 inches, followed by 2-3 more spurts before the rest began to dribble out.

- Plenty of water improved the situation; the consistency of the semen was more fluid. I also noted that there was about a 30% increase (my best guess) in volume. Since it wasnt so viscous, it traveled farther, and each impulse caused it to shoot out.

- The zinc caused the semen to appear more white (rather than pearly yellowish), but I noted that it was not homogenous. In other words, I had a clearish base with swirls of pure white.

- L-arginine didn’t seem to have an impact, other than the fact that I did notice that my sexual response was stronger. Erections happened more spontaneously, and I found that I was thinking about sex more frequently. Because I was more horny, sex was more pleasurable, and the force of my ejaculations increased accordingly.

- Lecitin didn’t seem to have an impact.

- Edging increased volume, but (ignoring other factors above) did not have an effect on distance.

- Going for a week without ejaculating increased my volume (of course) and distance.

Again, that has been my experience. Yours may vary. In conclusion: Diet, water intake, and Kegels will change your semen and allow you to shoot it out if you stick (hehe) to a consistent plan.

wow, terminal! I think that I will give it a try. Did your wife or girlfriend say that the taste was different? I have heard that women prefer the taste of “thicker” rather than “watery” sperm.

Yes! She mentioned “You taste better now than you did last summer” just 2 weeks ago. She doesnt really swallow, but really enjoys when I let rip in her mouth. (Lucky me!) I asked her why and she said “It’s like biting into one of those gusher things. It feels cool.”

I think the change in my diet and water intake changed the flavor from bleachy, yellowish and bitter, to more viscous and neutral-flavored. As far as I know, the zinc is responsible for the whiteness, but didnt really affect the flavor.

Regarding preference: Think of it this way: Which would you prefer? IMO, If I were to choose between a thick, snotty load and a thin, watery one, I’d go with the watery one. But preferences vary. Try asking your partner! :)

I know the flavor is directly impacted by what you put into your body.

Hi, This is my first post,but a good place to make my first post. I believe it has a lot to do with genetics. I have been a shooter as long as I can remember. It is not uncommon for me to shoot 4-5 foot shots. Usually 3 foot shots minimum but if i have sex or oral for more than 20 min or so i can guarantee a drenching 4-5’ mother load. Its really a wonderful experience because my wife knows its inevitable and she better take cover and break out the beach towel for clean up.

I would agree that it’s genetics as far as length and size of the pipes and glands involved. I recall
shooting farther before I started PE. Most of the time I cum inside my wife, so I don’t really care
about distance all the time. That’s more for a visual reward when I’m playing with myself.

Nevertheless, I plan to give the kegels another try. I guess I had given up too soon.
