Too many kegels

Too many kegels

So I was wondering if it’s possible to do too many kegels (in the same way you can work out too much)? I’ve found that when I’m in a long two hour lecture, I’ll get bored and start doing kegels for all the benefits kegels bring. The other day, I noticed that I must’ve done somewhere around 1000 kegels because I’d been going for so long without counting. I haven’t noticed any problems, so I was just curious if there are any potential problems if I keep up this behavior?

Starting off (10-5-07)-EBPL:6.563 EG:4.5

Recently (10-27-07)-EBPL:6.75 EG:5

Goal-EBPL:8 (we'll see) EG:6.5

None that I know of, but maybe you shouldn’t do that much

I don’t think there’s a downside.

Remember to hold some contractions, and practice being able to hold for up to a minute.

If you are that bored and can walk and chew gum, try learning to circulate and store chi energy - see Mantak Chia’s books, for example.

If you tire out your muscles from doing kegels and have sex before they have time to recover, you might cum quicker.
