By standard cylinder I take it you mean the 9”. If so, then yes. You then select the diameter based on your girth and you should use our chart for doing that:

Yes I use your chart to know I should order 9” x 1.75”.

I actually meant these cylinders vs. these

PE start Aug 25, 2013: BPEL 6.7" x EG 4.7" and BPFSL 7".

Paused between Dec 2013 and Dec 2014 due to injury. Careful with those rice socks!

Goal 7" x 5". Ideal is 8" x 6" but let's not even dream about that yet...!

That changes things.

All I can say is that I have always used a flanged cylinder and that is what Thickwall calls deluxe. I like the flange for its comfort and extra sealing surface area.

So now, from my experience, I would recommend the deluxe. :)

My vacutech cylinder is like the Thickwall standard. Straight cut at the bottom, no flange. I like it because it really digs into my fat pad and gets deep into the base of my cock. I don’t find it uncomfortable, but your mileage may vary.

That being said, I think I owe most of my girth gains to listening to gprent’s advice and doing what he says.
