Tips for a new guy with 4 inch penis?

I understand how you feel about being small, as I have a small penis myself. You mentioned that you have a 4 inch penis, but you didn’t say if it’s bone-pressed or not. If it’s not bone-pressed, you may find that you’re not that small after all, and may in fact be bigger than me when I started. Even if it’s bone-pressed, don’t worry as I was just a small bit more. :)

My advice for you is to take it slowly and be consistent. Be patient and don’t give up. It may be tempting to ramp up your exercise routine rapidly to “catch up” and gain more, but it may do more harm in the long run. Remember that everyone gain at a different rate, some fast and some slow, some people gain more length and some in girth.

Another piece of advice is to take some good photos and document your progress. You don’t have to post it here if you don’t want to, but I think it’s useful to have good measurements and data to track your progress. Quite a few people did not take proper measurements and/or photos when they started and kinda regretted it down the line. And when you do a proper measurement, you might find that you actually got a bit more than what you originally thought. :)

I have a philosophy and that is consistency and dedication is the key to all of this. PE is actually pretty dam easy if you are dedicated to this, being consistent with your exercises, simple as that, also, you have to believe in what you are doing to increase your size is working.

As mentioned from the other members here, start with the Newbie Routine. I believe Iamaru posted a link to that. I started with the Newbie and saw quick gains. Most members see quick gains with the Newbie, but end up not gaining because they start changing their routine. If the routine you are doing is working, don’t change a thing. Take advantage of the gains you get. I have experienced that taking a break every 2 weeks, maybe 2 weeks on and 2 days off will give your unit a chance to heal so that when you resume your exercising, you will have a healthy unit to work with. About the 2 days off, they must be 2 days together, one day after another, but you must mix it up. In other words, Don’t take every other Saturday and Sunday off, but to take a Friday and Saturday off, then maybe a Tuesday and Wednesday off. The reason for that is just like a body builder, your penis, (body) will learn your schedule and start to conform to it, thus limiting your gain. Do not let your penis learn your schedule. The saying, patience is a virtue is quite the truth. Do not jump into the advance exercises to quickly for you may traumatize your cock and gains will come to a halt. If it is working, do not change a thing.

When I started the advanced exercises, I would exercise 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. You will be just fine, but be careful what you wish for. Not all women like huge cocks, how do I know? Set a realistic goal and take small simple steps when that goal is reached. What does that mean? Do not set your goal for 1 inch longer, but to set it for a quarter of an inch. Once that is reached, set it for another quarter. You will be enlighten by those small gains and not end up in disappointment by not seeing the huge ridiculous goal.

Good luck with your future gains, but remember, listen to your cock, if it hurts really bad, stop! Everything we do here is dangerous, but in the same word, no pain, no gain.

Apparently effective methods of penis enlargement are:
Jelqing
Pumping
Hanging
Stretching

I would imagine jelqing would yield more/faster gains if you stretched after jelqing, and if you don’t know how the jelq might work you should find out(help with form), and STEADILY increase both the volume and intensity of both your routine with time, in order to keep being able to cause decent damage to your penis. Recorded .7” gains ever since I began recording… .5” being from jelqing over 5 months…. .2” from hanging in the first month and a half.

you adn monochrome recommend 2weeks on 2 days off even if the routine is a stretching routine for length? I have heard that some people dont rest for length, Bib for instance advises against days off
