Hello, a 22 year old recent college graduate and I’m not gonna lie.I’m still a virgin. Was pretty depressed throughout all of college because I only had 4 inches and never took up any girls’ offers on sex.

After finding out about this place, I feel as if a light has opened up and there is something I can do. I just started dry jelqing for about 10 minutes for 3 days now and my penis already seems to have grown a little.

I wanted to ask, what else can I do to increase my gains? I looked up different supplements and Arginine, Horny Goat Weed, and Tongkat Ali really peaked my interest. Tonkat seems like something I can’t get at my local GNC or Vitamin Shop so I guess I’m more interested in the other two. What do you think would be good to take for someone like me? Do you think any of these supplements will help my mood, energy, or help to lose weight? (I gained a lot of weight in college due to my insecurities, but I have faith I can lose it if I had motivation.. Like gains)

When I started I was pretty bummed because I was like 5.5nbp/4.75. I learned about this craft, and I though to myself “its gotta work I have to change this”. Now some years in 7BP/5.5, and I still need more even when I feel big enough. I feel silly, but I can’t stop tugging on my wiener It’s affected me mentally.

So just PE safely, but don’t be afraid to push yourself that’s how you gain. And you’ll gain brother I promise just eat good lean protein after training, and carbs before for energy. Do your stretches everyday no matter how tedious it seems. Girth usually comes about easily, and is pretty fun to do so just jelq, and when you’re ready get some squeezing in.

I don’t know about supplements but I don’t think they do much. Consistency dedication and building up your routines and listening to your body is what works best 100%.

Start with the newbie routine. Add an ads or extender if you want. Increase the routine in 3 months if you don’t see gains.

You will likely gain half inch in less than 5 months if you do your routine efficiently and consintently. That’s my experience, now its been a long while I don’t gain but I’m trying different routines and don’t get discourage.

Don’t let this distress your life and enjoy yourself.

We all have insecurities mate, me for instance. I never had 4 inches, but I had 6 and a little bit more now. But I’m a big guy and just flirt with big girls and I was intimidated sometimes. 4 inches is less than average but still a decent size. Besides, this is like basketball. I’d recomend first of all change your lifestyle and loose better and become fitter. Always get surrounded by nice helpful people :)

Hi CoolR. There is no supplement that can help with gains, save your money. There is no reason why you should avoid sex, 4” is enough to make a girl cum.

But I see from where you are comming.
Everyone can achieve average beeing below average and if you reach average you can achieve above average too. 2 inch gain possible!

You have to have an attitude that is related to what you want to achieve. Not towards what you were in college or what. Thats the past.

Move your body.
