So i have been hanging/extending/ADS/ANS for an exact week now and ive notice i felt a tingly or bumping sensation at night. Its not neccesarly a tingling and bumping sensation, but this our the words i can closely think of when i felt it. It only happened 2 times and it last for 1 second.. i never felt this before.. can it be a sign that i am gaining?

I wouldn’t take it for a downright sign you are gaining, only measurements will tell you that. But I would take it as a sign of what ever you are currently doing is definitely working out your unit. So keep doing it!
Hanging puts allot of stress on the tissues, the tissue will be recovering from the hard work. That is most likely what you will be feeling.

Sounds good, i actually had another sensation this morning
As far as results go my flaccid sames fatter and a bigger, same for EQ.
Lets hope i stay consistent.
