Many of us that have made significant gains advocate for the removal of porn from your life, which for many is a source of both arrousal and a time keeper. I am here to address both of these in order to assist you in your journey.

To solve the arrousal issue I highly recommend quiting porn cold turkey and doing so Immediately. Within 15-20 days you will find that your body can adjust to not having the stimuli. Weining off will not work for this, man up and quit.

As far as timers go I recommend using music. The average song is around 3 minutes so just break down your workouts with that in mind:
Warmup 3 songs,
Stretch 2 songs
Jelq 3 songs etc

PE is about more than growing your penis, its a character building exercise as well. Defeating porn will require you to develop your self discipline, and PE after you win this battle will require more private thought. Good luck Gents, the journey is the destination.

I’m Swiss. I’m using a Swiss watch, of course. Do nearly everything in 5min blocks.

No porn for me too - I like to focus entirely on PE when doing it. The only worry I have is not to develop a watch fetish.

I use the timer on my phone to warm up and cool down. Use the stopwatch to time minute long stretches and for total time jelqing. I think timers add an element of structure that is required for consistency.

+1000 on quitting porn. I still give in occasionally but since cutting its use way down I find it’s easier to workout and I’m more flirtatious and motivated to pursue the real thing and put this hard work to good use making my wife’s toes curl.

I tried just using a timer but found music to work better for me. It’s all a personal preference but cutting porn is the big part of using a timer or music or tv shows or whatever you like.

Life without porn? Just don’t get it. Been around since before the Ancient Romans. There’s nothing wrong with it unless you’re addicted in which case that’s personality not porns fault… I either have sex or masturbate to porn daily.. No erection problems, stalled gains or anything of the sort.

To each his own though.
