The last quarter inch L&G
Hello. I’ve been lurking/PEing for a few years now and finally posting. Not sure if this is the correct forum to post in but anyhow. I’ve been PEing since about 2012, started a little bit smaller than the first stats show in my data. My broad goal has been to get to 7.5 x 5.5. I’m cool with slow progress to and pretty quite close on a good day.
Being married with a kid, I’m pretty time-poor in terms of PE (wife doesn’t know I still PE although she knows I did a bit a while back). My routine is limited to stretching, jelqs and some ULI/squeeze type stuff (probably under 15 mins, every couple of days, without much time for a warm up.
Gains don’t seem forthcoming and MG seems nailed at 5.25 / 5.3”. Would be great to get over the finish line to a true 5.5MG or 7.5BPEL but not sure how I get there given the plateau and time limits.
Any ideas TP?
