The 80/20 Rule of PE?

The Pareto principle (also known as the 80/20 rule, the law of the vital few, or the principle of factor sparsity) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.

This means roughly that:

80% of the wealth is held by 20% of the populations
80% of sales are made by 20% of Sales people
80% of peas come from 20% of pea plants
80% of revenue comes from 20% of customers
80% of strength gains had form 20% of training

When it comes to PE there seems to be an amorphous blob of culture and beliefs. The culture of droning with blinders on. Elaborate routines, long hours etc. Seems to be totally contrary to guys who seem to gain respectable amounts with less and less training.

What 20% of PE activities/strategies will yield 80% of gains???

This means that possibly the other 80% of time spent on PE will be for only 20% more return (diminishing returns)

Your question is not only layered, as many PE disciplines exist, but rhetorical because there is no way to answer the question.

As PE disciplines have followers who gain well and detractors who have seen no gains. So there isn’t, in my observations, any stable thing in PE that yields 80% of gains for practicioners as a whole. Much less 20% of the options you have in PE to generate 80% of gains you seek.

Some people only pump. Or only hang. Some cannot pump without red dots and EQ drops. Some cannot gain from hanging due to improper application of it. I can drone on ad nauseam. The concept seems to fall apart when applied to PE.

Though I will say 80% of total gains being received by the 20% of the most devout PE practitioners is likely true, if that is something you pose as an iteration of the rule.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

A guy that puts in 20% of their time into PE is more likely going to see results than one who dedicates 80%. We all know the importance of rest and not overstraining our penises. Even though I think it would be practically impossible to put 80% of our time into this, after all we still have to work, eat, sleep, etc., many guys still push the limits. A guy doing an 80% a day routine, I’d say even 50% would be at a higher risk of injury. This inevitably would force a guy into much longer periods of downtime, accomplishing nothing.

TG, you never fail to make me think.

I agree that the battle field is currently very cloudy. That no clear laws seem to govern PE yet. But I think this principle is a good lens to think view an approach to PE. Given that we only have a limited time/endurance to practice, there may exist some thing that we can grab onto as a ‘best use of time’.

Maybe the question needs to be split up by discipline and by goal. Gosh that’s a multiplication table of penis strategies..its could be a wall poster lol.
