Good evening all,

I’ve been using a Jes Extender and Hydropump for a while. However, both are limited by the same issue.

I can handle the stretch pain but the base applies pressure directly into my prized marbles.

The testicular pain is usually what makes me have to remove the apparatus after sub-optimal period of time.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? How can I resolve this issue?

P.S. I’ve resorted to wrapping a sock around the base, in order to reduce the perceived pressure. This does make the entrance a bit small though, which makes putting it on, and taking it off, quite difficult. At some point, it will be impossible to apply, with the cushioning. Which will mean that it will become far more unpleasant.

I suspect what you are experiencing is what is commonly called “ball burn”. Ball burn is when the skin at the base is held i place by the extender or pump tube and the skin of the shaft is being stretched. The easy way to alleviate this is to keep the base skin well lubed with lotion, coconut oil or whichever lubricant you prefer.

Some guys dont like to lube the base skin because it can allow the skin to slip into the cylinder or extender which they think promotes turkey neck.

If you are concerned about a turkey neck, continue as you are until the shaft skin stretches enough to reduce the pain.
