Switch up between length/girth during slowed gains?

I’ve been doing a strict length routine for the past 2 months, and have since seen gains in EL from 6.75 to 6.95/7.00 (good day). However, I’ve noticed that a slow - or more accurately a stall - in gains has occurred.

So I’m going to do a bit of experimentation, and throw in a girth exercise to see if the variance will have an effect on stimulating further length gains. I’ve chosen to do O-bends, since it seems possible that as an exercise it will act on girth, but also a bit of length.

My routine therefore will be:
-Stretching, hanging, o-bends, jelqs

I will keep updating as to how this affects gains/EQ, but out of curiosity has anyone had any positive or negative results using this kind of approach?

If anything for me adding in clamping which is girth work has slowed length gains.

But if you did girth work for 2-3 months. Then went back to length work I’m sure gains would pick up.

I’ve considered that, but I’ve always had slow-to-nonexistant girth gains as it is. I’m not sure what it is, perhaps a poor girth routine?

In any case the general consensus on THunder’s is that work on length first before girth, but at times it does get discourgaing and easy to veer off track when the gains are slow

Is your base girth is equal or less than your mid girth? I theorise (because I’m the same way) that having a thicker base makes it easy to jelq blood up/uli/clamp than having a smaller base girth. I mean it’s common sense isn’t it having a thick base you’d kegel have the base much thicker than the upper then squeeze it up the shaft. If you don’t have much blood flow going at the base you can’t jelq good enough to get decent engorgement. This is what I attribute the little girth gains too anyway. On the plus side a smaller base is supposed to be better for gaining length.

Just give your original idea a go then.
